If I could rate this place as a 0 I would honestly, but the lowest I can go is a 1 so you get that instead!!

Back in July before I started work I went to the stylist Teddy to get an all over purple dye, she applied the purple right over my brown hair after it being promised to me that it would look fine.. and it did! Until 2 days later when it all washed out in 1 shower, so I went in there 2 days later and showed them my hair, and they promised to redo it which was awesome! Or so I thought. Skip forward to today as I haven’t had a weekday off to be able to get my hair done, I go in today!

My hair was a beautiful shade of brown before they touched it. Instead of doing a test strand they just went in with bleach and my hair came out blond, red AND green, so now my hair is completely messed up and I look like some rendition of a pistachio but horribly done. They then proceeded to talk around me and decide for themselves that they were gonna dye my WHOLE head dark purple which is in no way what I ever wanted nor asked for. And making decisions for me in FRONT of me is actually so freaking weird lmao. So yes I did walk out since why would I let you touch my hair after messing it up twice!!! That’s like asking for yall to make it worse. So yes I did walk out because obviously.

I called them not even 10 minutes ago and asked for my refund of my original service of $63 and KELLY said she can’t refund it since it was months ago, so not only is my hair now messed up I’m out of 63 bucks… so, HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE IVE EVER SEEN IF UOU WANT YOUR HAIR DYED JUST DO IT YOURSELF YOU'LL BE BETTER AT IT I PROMISE

I had an amazing experience with Morgan who did my manicure and pedicure. Along with a friend of mine who had the same services with Jordan. Both girls were absolutely wonderful, extremely professional and did an amazing job. However we were spoken to very rudely by the woman working the front desk. Her name was Lisa. I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 but was forced to wear a mask the entire time. Even though the state does not require that I wear one. She then proceeded to walk around with another clients baby. Lisa was not wearing her mask several times while we were there! But for some reason we still had to. She continued to check on the job Morgan and Jordan were doing. Both of these girls were absolutely amazing and professional. But Lisa continued to be rude and interrupting our experience. If you plan to be a student here, expect to be treated with zero respect. They don't treat the customers much better either. You will see very few return clients because of this and the ones that do return do so only because they have been coming in for years, so if you think you will get experience working with clients, think again. Your mannequin will be your best friend.

The only thing that you will learn is what you can figure out on your own during your own time watching videos and reading books, but like I said, it has to be done on your own time because it is not allowed in class unless it is your textbook.
