Americana Company Antiques — Local services in Bay City

Rude staff. Poor selection of goods. The people working behind the counter are amazingly rude. They treat their customers like they’re a bother. God help you if you want to see something in a showcase. They make it seem like it’s the end of the world. It like your bothering them. They will follow you around the store. They will ignore you when paying for your items. No smiles. Unfriendly. It’s as though they feel you are privileged to be there. Their attitude is so bad, we will never return. The merchandise has been there forever. The price tags are so faded that some are illegible.

With all of the positive changes happening in Bay City, it’s sad to see this poorly run establishment dragging down what was otherwise a great visit. Bay City is a pretty amazing place.
