I stood in line at the desk for 35 minutes, waiting to check in at about 11 at night, and after a long travel day! I think that kind of set the stage for the entire stay! I got to my room to find the sink wouldn't drain, so I contacted the front desk. It took over an hour for someone to come and say they fixed it, and now it is after 2am. The sink still wouldn't drain, and I had to wash my hands and face in the bathtub every time for three days! The last night there, it slipped my mind about the sink, and I went to wash my hands, and the handle of the faucet fell off! I didn't do anything out of the ordinary when it happened. I went there for a Microsoft conference, which was in one of their ballrooms. The organizers of the conference had a booth set up there called the Servicenter, where you can have booth supplies or whatever packed up and shipped in or out, or something like that. I didn't use their services, but when I was looking for my packages that were shipped to me for the conference, I went there after going to the front desk and asking for my packages. They referred me to the shipping/business center. So I went to the Servicenter again and they said they had nothing for me again. I went back to the front desk and asked again. They said that they Do Not accept packages for guests there and told me to go back to the shipping center. This happened 4 times and up until after lunch, until the nice lady at the Servicenter made a call on my behalf to locate my packages. I found out that the hotel also has a shipping/business center called 11th Hour. That's where my packages were! You would think after 4 trips back to the hotel front desk, they would communicate a little better and possibly give me directions to 11th Hour, so I would know that it was a different shipping/business center!!! I went over half of the first day without important material and supplies to finish my booth set-up!!!! On the second day, I was in line at the buffet they had set up for us and was getting my food when an employee drops a pan of food with red sause in it into its holder on the table. It splattered red sause on the people nearby and all over my white dress shirt and my black and white pants!!! When I alerted a supervisor about it, she said she would have them cleaned and shipped back to me at home. I received them the other day via FedEx, and upon inspection, there was still spots red sause on the back of my white shirt!!! I was also shocked about the prices when I went into their little stores there! A medium-sized bag of Pirates Booty popcorn was $12!!!! And a t-shirt from the Disney themed store was $85!!! Redic!!!! I'll Not return or recommend them to anyone, and I already know that, for whatever reason, the organizers are not going to use that venue for our conferences again! The people at 11 Hour Business Center were awesome, and the highlight of my stay there!
