For the looks of this place, youâd think theyâre capable of doing anything. Itâs a beautiful salon physically but really terrible service so please donât fall for it. The service is awful and itâs not worth. I gave this nail salon the benefit of the doubt by going there for a second time and let me just say it was the worst nail experience of my life. Both my boyfriend and I called a week prior to make an appointment and I was told âno appointments, only walk-insâ. We asked for the name of the lady that helped us and she refused to give her name and said âPOSHâ through the phone. I was told to walk in at 10:30am because thatâs when they open the salon. Little did I know they do âprivateâ appointments and they open up at 9:00am. I had to wait over a hour to be helped. I walked in and no one welcomed me. I asked to do a full set gel-manicure and pedicure. They did not clean my feet right (missed massaging my foot with a hot towel) and on top of that two females had to do my pedicure- one to just clean and the owner did the french. I told her my left big toe is curvy and asked her to fill it in using acrylic. She used a really bright pink and did not advise me before that it would be a different color compared to the rest of my toes. Then, another female (Anne) that filled my nails made four of my nails crooked and lumpy. I stayed calm and pointed it out. She completely ignored me as if she did not hear me. I was so upset! She rushed the entire process that she made me bleed from some of cuticles. Lastly, it says by the entrance, âif you pay with cash, you will receive 5% off on your payâ- the lady overcharged me until i spoke up and pointed to the sign. I was so disappointed and waisted my time coming to this salon. Now I have to go on birthday vacation with messed up, disgusting nails. I am so embarrassed to walk around with my nails looking like this and Iâm considering of re-doing it with a professional nail technician somewhere else.
This is for the owner : I'm sure you did your best hiring people but the service your employees provide to customers is terrible. You will continue to lose costumers if you donât re-train your current employees or hire new professionals. Never again will I ever come back.    Read moreThey had a new person do my gel pedicure who was volunteering at the nail salon. She did such sloppy work that I had to ask one of the seasoned employees to touch it up. To make matters worse, after two days the second nail on my left foot started to chip. This pedicure was $60 and it started chipping in less than three days. Then they tried to tell me Iâd get a discount if I used cash just so they could make me use the atm. I actually ended paying more than I wouldâve if I just used my card. Totally rip off! I wonât be going back here.
UPDATE: They replied to my review in denial, lies and no accountable by saying, "Hi ZM P, We take feedback very seriously, but after carefully reviewing our records, we found no visit under your name or a service that matches your description. Additionally, we do not have any volunteers performing services at our salonâonly licensed professionals.

First off, I was a walk in the evening of June 5, 2025. I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure. Secondly, of course you would not recognize my initials. Thirdly, you were literally talking about the woman who did my feet being a volunteer. After she left, someone had to touch up my feet because she left the cuticles sloppy. I don't need to lie about this. This is not an error. This is all factual. And you are not transparent in pricing. After I left, I checked the prices online, and you definitely ripped me off. I'm not even in Jersey anymore, so there is no way I can come back. And if I was in Jersey, I wouldn't come back after you not taking any accountability. I still have the receipt and bank records to prove, so...
Read moreI wanted to love this place. I really really did. While the place is beauty and luxurious, the service is not so much. I came a few months ago to get a simple mani done. The lady who did my manicure filed three of my nails crooked. I told her and she said that was how my nail was and she made them even. I let it slide. I don't like being a difficult person and I hate confrontation. I left and the paint started to chip once I got home. I let that slide too, because, maybe the paint chipping was my fault. It happens sometimes, no biggie. Yesterday, I took my mom and my aunt to get pedicures done. My aunt and mom never treat themselves so I took them and wanted them to enjoy. For all three of us, the calluses were not completely removed , the massage that was not a massage but more like them just rubbing our legs ( I picked the serumspa for both my aunt and my mom) and they were done so quickly that I was shocked (the entire service took less than 20 minutes). Any spa pedicure that I've ever had never ended as quickly as this did. My thing is, if the service is less than stellar for me, I can let it slide. But this was for two women that I adore. I'm literally paying you and I usually tip 15% at least no matter what. But yesterday I didn't. I was actually extremely upset. Their prices are higher than other salons, which I can understand if the service is was better. A part of me thinks, maybe its because i dont look like I'm going to spend a lot or whatever. But that's no excuse. To the owner(s) : I'm sure you did your best hiring people but the service your employees provide to some people, no. It's not good service. It's not worth it. Please retrain your people or hire...
