Read moreResponse to the “Owner.” - I wish the conversation I had with her in person was recorded as your “GM” was very rude and her servicing 200K vehicles a year is really sitting behind a counter. Her little interaction needs serious training. Also - your “HD” video when zoomed into in (and she said she could zoom in and get it cleared up) was super distorted. When I said that to her, she responded with I wish I knew how to clear it up and will have someone reach out. I also said if this was on me, I would apologize and move on as it’s a brand new car. She responded with - here’s how’s it going to go. You will get a call and they will tell you the same thing. She didn’t care at all. She said she would have someone call me and asked for my number. I said it’s the number on the account and she replied with - I have too many numbers on my screen so give me it… lol sounds well trained. I have been extremely professional with this as I haven’t even shared her name online. Send me the photos via email as I’ve asked and we can go from there. At this point - cancel my membership for the two cars on our plan. (Funny- it’s only $175 to fix. That’s two months of payment)

I see that Wash Hounds prides themselves on providing Top Quality Car Wash, Detailing, and Oil Change, but the customer service I received today was far from top quality. It was the lowest of the low. I was heavily disappointed by the horrible level of service that I received from the manager Gina. She was extremely rude, condescending, disdainful and discourteous. I was trying to get an understanding of the plan that I had signed up for at the Union location and if it was applicable and could be used at the Bayonne location. Every question I asked was responded to with a snippy, sarcastic or smart mouthed response from Gina. I am highly surprised that a manager would interact this way with a customer. When I called her out about her behavior she immediately cut me off and said that she was not acting like that. "No I'm not! No I'm not!" she said. She wouldn't even listen to my concern or begin to consider apologizing. She even laughed at me a bit when I told her that I did not appreciate her tone and attitude. Her interaction with me completely turned me off from utilizing wash hounds in the future. They have lost a customer today. I surely hope her ill-mannered behavior can be addressed and corrected.
