Lowcountry Appliances — Attraction in Beaufort

Bought a washer in July it wouldn't switch cycles called multiple times even spoke with Alex on 3 occasions in August he asked me to text pictures to him so I did Never heard back from him!!! Called several times no answer now mind you we actually live 3 hrs away this is for my husbands moms house so we are not here a lot but finally after a couple of months of this I finally call the cell # I had texted he said text the pictures again he may have the part to fix it now we're into the beginning of November and once again NOTHING finally I called spoke to Mike and we went down there this past Saturday and Mike told my husband to 'jimmy rig' some wire together and if it didn't work bring it back they will exchange it well it didn't work so I drive from our home in Lake Wylie area to load a washer to take back to them expecting to get an "equal" value washer and Alex will only exchange it with an old rusted washer he even has the nerve to sand the rust and paint the area right INFRONT of us!!!! Mind you we went ahead and purchased a dryer on Saturday taking them at face value thinking they weren't going to do this!!! What a godsend Mike is! If you want a true friend for life and someone who's honest + knowledgeable then 100% this is your guy!! He saved my mom hundreds of dollars by guiding her through the process of how to fix the problem with her washing machine. And when it didn't go right the first time we were able to send him pictures and he told us what we have done wrong and helped guide us through that too!! I mean I honestly can't say enough good things. It's so refreshing to meet somebody that actually cares about other people in this day and age. Mike the Magnificent !! Very true that he is. My washer agitator came apart. Was going to spend 600/700 on a new one and decided to stop in at Low Country Appliances to see if they had a good used washer. We walk in and Mike the Magnificent talked with us and he knew exactly what I needed. He said he would come by after he closed the shop.
