No matter when I call them to make my monthly order they are kind and compassionate and truly care about their customers. Been getting my kratom from Mike for a long time now (I used to have to travel out to his boat house before they set up shop in town), hands down the freshest plant products in this area. Don't waste your time with generic gas station brands.. This stuff is typically cheaper, has way less 'negative side effects' and is usually more plant per dollar.
