In person, I had a pleasant experience. The cashier named Nick even saved my 10% off my purchase by registering an account for some magazines that could be cancelled at any time hassle free so long as I do it within 2 months. Nick made this very difficult for me since even though I gave him my street address by every single letter and even telling him where to put spaces, he still input the address wrong. Cancelling the magazine subscription online was impossible because I needed to have an account number that I could not set up on their website, but instead, they said I had to wait to see it until they charged my card for a month's subscription, that it would show up on the statement. Cancelling over phone was near impossible, even though I set the commands to keyed and not voice, I had to use voice for almost every response. The automated voice couldn't even pick up my last name when I spelled it out clearly. It's no surprise why f.y.e. is dying out very fast. I will never be supporting this...

Recently stopped here while at the Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek. Quite a neat store with lots of nostalgic goods n collectables. There was plenty of tee shirts, music, movies, vinyl,posters, and a assortment of novelties. This place would be great for gift shopping👍 Now the one draw back was pricing on new items. Ex. I had purchased something here at the beginning of the month, had signed up for the rewards pass because i could save $5 on an item i was buying, asked the cashier THREE SEPARATE TIMES DURING THE TRANSACTION if i had to cancel at the end of the month to avoid being billed, he said no THREE TIMES, yet i just saw a $12 bill on my credit card.
