Bella Furnishings — Attraction in Beaverton

We’ve bought a number of items from this place in the past - great selection and quality. So we thought we’d have a similar experience with a couch we purchased for our family room. The couch was custom covered in a pretty blue material, but the cushions were hard and seemed misshapen. We figured it just needed to be broken in with time. However, that has not happened. The cushions do not fit in the covers, and the couch looks lumpy and misshapen. When we emailed about it, we were told that we missed the warranty - which is true, but again we thought the cushions needed to be broken in. We were then told that we just needed to fluff the cushions (which we had tried. Many times.) Then we were told we must have been misusing it...not sure how sitting on a couch is considered misusing it? 🤔 Anyway, we get that we missed the warranty, but it’s not like something broke and we just ignored it/didn’t call. We were presented with a shoddy product from the jump. It’s a bummer because we really liked this place, but we won’t be going back. We’d recommend shopping somewhere with better customer service. My first purchase at Bella was a dark brown leather couch about 5 years ago. It's still beautiful.

A few years later, I purchased a bunk for my grandkids - full on top, queen on the bottom. It's the sturdiest bunk I've ever seen, and it's pretty too.

This year, I furnished my Pacific City beach house short-term rental with new end tables, bedside tables, TV consoles, etc... in the bedrooms, living room and family room. I needed them to be really sturdy while looking great and not costing too much. Sean steered me to just the right brand. Sean has always been so great helping me find the right manufacturer for my price point and use.

I will definitely be back when I need to replace the couches...
