Ok where do I start. I got engaged 6 months ago. I got a beautiful engagement ring my husband purchased from this store. We went back to pick out our wedding bands and have them sized before the wedding. We decided to just get mine there and get my husband’s elsewhere since they didn’t have what he wanted. We sent both the engagement ring and the wedding band in together to be sized. They emailed said it was ready. When we get there only the wedding band was ready. It looked ok. We were a little annoyed at the time that they didn’t have both done at the same time since it’s a set and we had sent them in together. Came back a week later to pick up the engagement ring and noticed right away there was a weird oval shape to the right of the diamonds and I said something to the clerk right then. My husband could see it as well. They offered to have it expedited to be fixed in 1 week since we were leaving to Vegas in less than 2 weeks. I didn’t want to take the chance. And said I’d bring it back after the wedding. Fast forward to the last time I brought it back to have the issue fixed and to marry the two ring together but specifically asked to redo the engagement ring because it’s shape was not right and also told them I felt the two were different sizes as well. So they emailed said they were ready. Mind you every drive there is an hour there and back. Got there noticed immediately that they just married them and didn’t fix the oval in the shape. I once again brought it up and was told it had to be like that because of my size 5 and were worried the diamonds would be loose. I told them I understand what they are saying but it made no sense to make one side more of and angle and both not the same if they were worried about bending it too much it should be even. They said we can add some bumps inside the band of the ring so it doesn’t slide to the side. I dont want bumps I want my ring fixed the right way. I was so pissed off. We just walked away. So here we are 6 months later my ring sits to the side because of the oval. My wedding band is slightly bigger sitting above the rest of the ring on the left because the shapes and size are not the same. Now I’m getting eczema on my pinky where it rubs constantly. I don’t know what to do. I call no one answers. I go in and explain my self in full detail and don’t get heard. I have a warranty on it but do I take another chance to try and have them fix it drive another 4 hours to drop it off and pick it up? Or do I just take it somewhere else. This...

I wanted to love my first time experience here but sadly I can not say I did as it has been quite the nightmare. Went in on Saturday to size and look for wedding bands. Within minutes of browsing my partner and I were asked 'so what are you actually gonna buy anything?' by the associate Suma who continued assisting us throughout our finalized purchase. Long story short one ring was purchased in store and the other had to be bought online as they did not carry 14k gold in store of the size needed. There was a mess with getting my receipt of purchase because it was an online transaction I was told my receipt would be emailed to me (never got the email because it was incorrectly spelled) and when I was finally able to get chat support to help correct my email I discovered my ring was incorrectly ordered in the wrong color. My partner and I wanted matching white gold bands, for some reason the consultant ordered mine in yellow gold. Now through chat support to correct this issue and canceling and reordering is proving also be quite the nightmare as my purchase was made with cash! An instore cash order that needs to be placed online means having to purchase a gift card first. Ring around the rosey and a simple transaction has turned out to be anything but that. This Kay jewelers has quite literally made my once in a life time experience a terrible one. Save yourselves the heartache and go to a jeweler that will give you the time of day and attention to detail that...
