We had a really great experience with a gentleman named Ryan. We showed up in our sweat pants and hoodies to wander the mall and catch Pokémon. Yes, we’re “those” people. So we had been interested in the sactional for a while but hadn’t stopped in to really try it out. Ryan, nicest guy ever, answered all of our questions with a smile, was patient with us while we took turns sitting on the different cushion types, delightfully provided us with a cloth swatch that we could take home and provided us with a quote for the products we were looking at. We were so excited by the comfort and flexibility of the furniture and accessories that we decided to purchase that day and take advantage of the Presidents’ Day sale. Honestly, had it not been for Ryan being such a genuinely helpful guy we might not have decided to purchase at all. I really felt like my time was valued and despite looking only one pair of slippers shy of being in pajamas, I was treated very professionally. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The overall shopping experience was pleasant. We were warmly welcomed into the store and permitted to take as long as we wanted trying out the various sacs and asking tons of questions. When we placed our order, we were forewarned that the sacs were all a little on back order so it could be 2-3 weeks before we received them. This wasn’t really a problem. Three weeks went by and there were no sacs delivered and no explanation for why. I called the store and while the sales clerk was very polite, it was clear she didn’t understand what had happened to our order. She told me she would check into it and I would hear from someone the next day. The next day I got another email saying my order was processed, and then that evening I received another email saying the sacs would be delivered the following weekend. I realize there can be both human and computer errors on orders, but I cannot deny that we were disappointed that this happened after the steep price tag for a couple of “bean...

Ester our salesperson was awesome. She answered every question that we had, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we had chosen. We had gone into the showroom in April and picked out how many pieces, and what kind of fill we wanted, the color, and the texture of the covers. Since we weren't ready to buy at that time because our house was going to be done being built until the end of July, they saved all.of this information under our name and phone number so it was easy to come back in when they were having an awesome sale and order everything we needed, we were able to change the color to something else from the original color we had chosen, and she went through all our other choices as well to make sure we were happy. Very friendly, very organized, and just a great experience all-around we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a love sac couch, blanket and one of their lovesac sacs!!
