Horrible service and price gouging. Older woman who did my pedicure handed me "the list" of options. I chose the $45. I was never told gel polish is an extra $20. I understand the chrome was $10. $75 for a pedicure. And she was digging into my big toe making it bleed, then sprayed alcohol on it. It burned.

Then when filling my acrylic nails it was $35 for a fill, $20 for gel, and $10 for chrome. And they didn't do my nails as I asked. Instead of staying there while they attempted to rationalize their prices and poor nail service I told them just to paint it so I could leave.

They failed to ever tell me before doing my nails that it would be an extra $40 for gel (mani & pedi).

I asked for clear nails then color French tip. They used this ugly brown color instead of clear.

They gooped on the nail acrylic fill, then they put on 6 layers of polish; color & clear.

I have never paid so much for my nails that look horrendous and the employees talk about me while i was sitting right there.

I already found a new nail salon that will only charge $80 for the same service, saving me $60, hopefully do my nails as I ask, & not...

Let me start this review out by saying if there was a way to give negative reviews. I would definitely be giving a -10 or -five star review. I came here for pedicures for months. Absolutely loved the elder Lady that does the pedicure she’s so strong and does such good work except for the fact that now I have a raging toenail fungus because my last visit there she cut a gentleman‘s toenails to the right of me that was homeless and somebody had brought him in and paid for them and then use the same toenail Clippers on my toes Leading me to have a toenail fungus. I got my nails done at The Nail Boutique for the first time after moving away from my old nail place. It is my new go-to spot for my nails and pedicures! First off my experience was great because even though I came in at a late time and they were backed up, they still wanted to do my nails- and insisted on it. They were kind and listened to EXACTLY what I had been wanting for my nails and I didn’t feel like I was brushed off and rushed like at some places I have been to. The lady who did my nails was AWESOME and paid so much attention to the LITTLE DETAILS! You cant beat that. For anyone skeptical on where they should pick in WV, this is the place. They really care about if you like your nails or not and take their jobs...
