Apricot Lane Boutique — Attraction in Bee Cave

Never have been treated so disrespectfully when making a return in my entire life. I returned something after one day and they were degrading and rude. Great boutique, just DO NOT EVER RETURN ANYTHING.

Update: Thank you for your year late response to my review. I love how you have explained your point of view here with sincerity and fervor. However, you did not choose to convey any of this to me in person. I can assure you that you are not nearly as shocked as I was by your treatment. Instead of explaining with authenticity (like you display here behind a screen) you chose to glare at me, make rude comments such as " Are these even clean?" while simultaneously looking me up and down from head to toe. You were flippant, eye rolling and rude. It was not about the money, it was about the principal, customer service and shear respect. Hunter clearly had no problem with it, but you were forceful. You even made her dig the tag OUT OF THE TRASH! If you had explained all of this to me in this tone and manner, I would have gladly kept the scratchy pants. I have been told "No" on a return before and happily accepted the policy. Likewise, it's a shame you didn't ask me to remove this review because I would have also gladly deleted it. Apricot Lane is an AMAZING boutique. The owners, Tracy and Hunter are a mother daughter team, and along with their associates, they have made this stylish store my favorite place to shop. Not only are the clothes beautiful and current, but the prices are incredibly affordable in a variety of styles for almost every occasion including everyday wear. Hunter also showcases new arrivals on Instagram - so fun to get an early peek. They basically act as my in store personal shoppers, helping me to pick out outfits that fit my age and my shape. I appreciate their honesty SO MUCH; feels like I'm shopping with my best friends. They have lovely jewelry and accessories as well. My absolute favorite boutique in Austin! It has the perfect combination of fun, trendy pieces and polished staples. The owner is amazing and so sweet! She plays dress up with me until we find the perfect fits and is never afraid to say “that’s not the one, try this one!”. The store has high quality brands (Maple, Risen, Naked Zebra, Astoria…) and very reasonable prices. Love love love!
