Go to a different location a year ago I opened my account at this location because I saw a sale banner outside while passing through the city, and I regret it. Although Daniels itself is a decent company, the service I received from this stores manager, was horrible. I called to get MY account information for a purchase I'd like to make this weekend. Instead, I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to ask my question, while I was trying to find my account number I was told to call back, then I was told my account information couldn't be pulled up with my phone number. Additionally, after saying I would have customer service help me with my account, I was told they wouldn't be able to help me either, unless I had my information, which I had... They said come back tomorrow for the specialist. How hard is it to hold the item for the specialist and then do some customer service over the phone. Too bad cause they could have made some money.
