My pregnant daughter got denied the right to use the restroom as well as a drink of water. Due to Starbucks new policy. You gotta buy something in order to use the restroom. I came into to the store to make a purchase so she can use the restroom and get a drink of water. Pulled my wallet out to buy a cake pop when a very rude employee who claimed to be the store manager by the name of Jazmin decided to open her mouth to tell us to go and use the bathroom over at Panda Express. I said I’m not asking for your opinion so please don’t give it to me. I’m already making a purchase. She insisted and I had to tell her twice not to give her opinion if not asked to give one. Then she proceeded to say I’m going to decline your transaction cause I’m the manager cause you came in here saying f this f that which at that point she was just putting words in my mouth. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A STARBUCKS I must say. Is so sad to see how Starbucks puts people with such low customer service skills as managers. She’s supposed to be trained to deal with people and diffuse situations not make them worse. Hope no one else goes thru this type of treatment. Went to DUNKIN DONUTS after and my daughter used the restroom and they gave her a big size cup of water with no minimum purchase necessary. DUNKIN DONUTS are the best plus their coffee, refreshers and drinks menu are by far better than Starbucks I recommend anyone to try them and you will never buy from Starbucks again....
Read moreIt took me a while to write this review only because my team and I come here for coffee and breakfast every morning. We have all encountered poor customer service skills by most of the morning shift. We have been told we can't ask for sriracha at the counter when picking up our breakfast and we have been told just to ask for it at the counter while ordering with the cashier. I have literally been yelled at for asking for sriracha. So what is it? Because I shouldn't have to start my day off like this every time I come here. We dread coming here every morning but it's close to all the schools we go to where we test kids and staff for covid. Also, I lost my debit card and it might've been here so today after I ordered I asked the cashier if she could check to see if they found it and she very rudely replied "OK, well I have to check the safe and it takes 10 minutes for it to open." And I said ok, I'll wait. I spent 15 minutes waiting with my entire team while we waited for all the food and drinks we ordered and she never approached me about my card. Its my personal card and I think it shouldn't be this big of a deal for this establishment to do simple tasks like checking for someone's lost debit card where I literally spend money...
Read moreI always go to this Starbucks but never late at night. Not sure if this person doesn’t like their job ? But this worker by the name of Jonathon had a really Sassy attitude. Nobody was being rude to him and I doubt he owns this Starbucks. His attitude was so bad for no reason we had to cancel the order . Being that it was late at night , I didn’t want the food or the drinks tampered with. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today 9/7/2021 around 1:15 am.
I’ve been coming to this location for about 9 years. I’m still upset about the situation. No customer needs a workers attitude if they don’t like their job.
I called back to speak to a manger and I guess he put the phone off the hook because I couldn’t get through after that.
Update : Called back around 1:52 am . He answered , I asked to speak to a manager he demanded my name and I replied with “ I’m a customer “. He insisted that I give him a name and I explained to him that he had an attitude and got sassy for no reason.
