Let me start by saying these guys are great! They definitely enjoy giving back to the community whether it's by providing a technical solution or repair service for your much needed devices. Cellular Port also does giveaways, sells reduced priced accessories and more. I googled them because I was having some PS5 accessory malfunctions. They took care of my issues and I had my product by the next day. I was pleased with the staff after talking with them for a while at the time I was dropping my belongings off. I have been to the store quite few time and from the first time ever i found the best customer service and the best quality of products. they do their job efficiently and professionally perfectly. No matter what question I asked i found the right and correct answer, they make sure that you be satisfied and whatever you need if they don’t have it at the moment they get it for you asap, all that and them being so friendly and productive made me want to come there again and always to be my favorite cellphone store with the best prices as well. The 24/7 is not true as I’ve gone there multiple times and there was always a wait for the repair technician. The guy that’s there is simply babysitting the store. I was encouraged to leave my phone while I go tend my business or come back before closing. After getting a price quote I attempted a negotiation being that I’d been there twice and could not get a repair. My price was denied of course. Houston is too big I will find that space that holds true to its hours instead of false advertising and has reasonable rates or will negotiate with you after multiple attempts to get service but couldn’t due to the stores...
