Chocolat Abeille — Attraction in Bellevue

The last 3 experiences have been poor and I honestly don’t know how they can treat people so poorly and still stay in business. I know Tina would be devastated if she knew what was happening in her store. The young lady we have dealt with the most in the past year has an attitude and approach that is deplorable. She has behaviors of aggression, arrogance and unexperienced in individual care. My last purchase of $172.50 attached was dealing with her negativity and ungrateful attitude not something you would think a small business would practice. After spending $100 on the phone for a pick up order and asking to hold a certain amount of honey, she did not which is fine. But if you are used to beautiful branded honey they used to do they don’t anymore plan glass jar- the passion is gone. The straw that broke the camels back was when we were checking out we asked for an extra small bag as we were giving gifts and were told No unless I charge you. Seriously after stuffing $172.50 in product into two bags you would charge for a small green paper bag. Good luck we/I will NEVER do business with Chocolat...

I just visited the Chocolat Abeille shop for my second time yesterday along with my girlfriend. This time however, we actually purchased chocolate. The shop itself is beautiful & the chocolates are stunning. I bought the 36 piece box (around $82 with tax) & I can confidently say it is worth every penny. The flavors are fantastic & every chocolate is like a little art piece! For reference, I bought a 36oz box of Teuscher chocolates for Valentine’s Day (considered to be some of the best, fresh from Switzerland) that was around $280. It's has a wonderful feel like a boutique but with delicious and fun chocolate. When you enter your greeted with unique gifts of chocolate wrapped up and ready to go. It's a great place to find that unique last minute gift. They have a table just for kids with Legos, dinosaurs and unicorns made of chocolate. There's a boxing station that you get to pick from a large variety of chocolate that is flavored with creams and liquors. You can get them to go or sit in their tea party atmosphere room.
