The Glow Clinic — Attraction in Bellevue

Great experience! I've only ever had 1 facial prior to this (at another clinic in the Bellevue area) and had very different experiences at both. My previous facial felt rushed and was very painful when it came to extractions. When extracting white heads/closed comedones (blemishes that don't have an opening) the facialist at the previous clinic caused serious trauma to the areas attempting to extract them. All my extractions scabbed over like wounds and I looked awful for at least 1.5 weeks after the fact. This facial with Hannah was a night and day difference! She communicated what she was using and why, helped me to establish a routine to addressed clogged pores around the chin, and her extractions where great and virtually painless (as painless as extractions can be). She used a lancet to create an opening and then extracted, which industry experts will know is the correct way for extracting closed blemishes. She got virtually all of them extracted (with the exception of one that wasn't ready for extracting and I appreciated her honesty and self-control). I'm just 2 days past my facial and other than one spot that is a bit sore (a hard to reach extraction) the area is looking great. Will for sure be returning and would suggest to anyone looking for fairly priced facials and procedures to address...

First time I visited this place and would never go back again. Should have know from the start they person who tried to reach out for appt didn't know the difference between Botox and Juvéderm. Went in to get my Botox and had a follow up appt. First thing she said to me was you're late. I apologized even though the time was given to me by the receptionist n I confirmed prior to putting in my calendar. Friday afternoon n I think she couldn't wait to get the heck out. Service went downhill at this point. I was told with my followup she will take a look to ensure that outcome was to my satisfaction.. I told her some areas look the same and 10units were injected in my forehead. She has the before and after pics. She said botox is not designed to minimize or soften wrinkles. I asked about injection around lip corner and was told if she does this I will have crooked smile and she can't guaranteed that my lips won't be lopsided. Would you get it done after this comment? While at the front desk to check out w/receptionist, she grabbed her belonging behind the desk and bolted out the door without as much as a word to me. I hope if you come to this place you do not get the same person I did. Worst...

Hanah is like a personal trainer for my skin! She is with me for the journey, guiding me and giving me recommendations based on my needs and goals. I get a true sense that she is well-versed about the world of skincare! No matter what problems with my skin I encounter, she immediately has a solution. She takes the time to make the best skincare plan for you. The information out there is so overwhelming, especially since there is such a heavy influence social media has on marketing and brands. The truth is..it takes time to know what works for you. I really appreciate how knowledgeable Hanah is and in suggesting to me what she truly believes is best fit for my skin type. After just one month of following her recommendations and receiving treatment I am GLOWING! I still have a ways to go but I’m really looking forward to the transformation that is to come.
