This is hands down the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. I really don’t mean to be rude, but for the price this is pretty unacceptable. I thought I paid a lot down in seattle for a gel manicure ($35+) but this would’ve been $60 plus tip and they don’t even soak your hands in warm water or cut your cuticles. She cut my nails & filed them, buffed for a second then began painting. The same as what I’d do at home. She didn’t do a great job with the shape of my nails either. And there was no massage or anything!! And I can tell by the way she was painting my nails she had no idea what she was doing. She said she’s been painting nails/working at the spa for 4+ years there but there’s no way!! The lady who did my nails was sooooo incredibly nice, but she definitely doesn’t know how to do nails. When I called to cancel my pedicure scheduled for the next day (bc this of this experience) the manager refunded me- which is the only reason I’m giving two stars and not one, they took care of me & I appreciate that, the service was amazing all around but unfortunately this is unacceptable quality for the price. I would highly recommend not getting your nails done here & saving yourself $$$. We saved probably $300+ by canceling our pedicures &...
Read moreReceived a deep tissue massage that was intense and amazing. Highly, highly recommend this spa for their massages. As you move through the area you can see the staff behind you to wipe down surfaces. While I was there I didn’t see any other guest, and it was on the first Saturday they had available that I booked. From this I imagine they are staggering their client bookings, which is neat.
I also got a back facial and a vitamin c mask. The esthetician was… brusk. I wish I had gotten those services first, or not at all, because ending my day with this service did not end up making me feel very relaxed. She also came out to me while I was paying to go over every product she used and grab them to place into my hands to try and sell, despite me saying I was not interested from the beginning. But overall, I felt the service she provided was what...
Read moreReceived a gift card as a gift. Went online to make an appointment and they were booking 2 months out- which was very inconvenient. I ended up making an appointment 2 months out, because there was no other option. By the time the appointment came, it was no longer a day that worked for me. So I called a day prior to my appointment, on a Monday which they were closed and left a voicemail stating I needed to cancel the appointment. They returned my call the next day and stated that they needed to charge my card 50% for canceling the appointment, then asked if that was ok. I replied with, “No, it’s not ok.” And was then charged $76 anyways. Not sure why the receptionist felt the need to ask, if my answer didn’t matter…
Unfortunately this will influence where I go in the future and it will...
