Game X Change of Benton — Attraction in Benton

Always a must for kids who tire of games quickly, buy used it's better for the environment, too. Lots of used cords, controllers, and memory cards. And things like old-school Nintendos, steering wheels, Guitar Hero equipment, you name it! We like to call ahead if it's something specific. They're so helpful. TONS of vintage vinyls. ridiculously well priced, Love the selection of cool snacks, my kids always load up on the Japanese sodas, Ramune (stick to original & strawberry, we love melon and it's still very, veryyyy not gooood). Always have pockee, and those cool large gummie tacos, pizzas, and sushi! Lots of mints in cute tins like Bob Ross and Hello Kitty. Pokemon cards, build-yourself models, as well as Pokémon (and other) plushies (new, obviously:) )A wideeee selection of resale funko pops and tons of cool (new) tees with everything from Pokémon to Mario, to 90s stuff like Nickelodeon and Beavis and Butthead. Pretty quick staff who are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really will try to get you what you want or tell you where to try to find it. Love this store......

First of all, I have been going to Game-X-Change since I was a small child. So, that's been going on about 20 years. Until now.

I walked into this particular Game-X-Change wanting to sell my collector's edition of Arcane: League of Legends season one. I went in not knowing how much it might be worth. The person behind the counter looked up results on eBay then said he had to step away to call his manager. The employee then came back and told me to keep the box set.

The employee then explained to me that the results he was looking up ranged anywhere from $300 to $1,000 at that time. He stepped away to call his manager because he was uncertain on what to do. The manager then called his boss who told him to "call it the regular box set and offer me $10."

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Game-X-Change is not the same as it was when I was a child. Hell, maybe it is. I don't know. They will offer you waaaaaaaaaay less than your item is worth. I believe even a regular pawn shop would give me more for my items.

The point is, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS, OR ANY...

Bought a used PS4 only to get home and pull of the plastic they had it wrapped it to have 3 big roaches fall out and run across the floor of my apartment. Now I have three roaches in my apartment and now I have to call an exterminator to come spray. I attempted to return the ps4 within 24 hours only to be told that they could only do store credit for my return. Why would I want to get credit to purchase anything else in that store clearly they took in a roach infested PS4 why would I trust any of their products. I have attempted to contact corporate on this issue only to be treated horribly and accursed that I had the roaches to begin with. At this point I have contacted all the local news stations and a lawyer. I would not recommend buying anything from this company they could care less about...
