0 stars - DO NOT SHOP HERE! It is a waste of time, horrible service, poor attitudes, modest selection and high prices. I went here in person and was super excited to see this place. I walked in with a smile on my face and said hello as soon as i walked in...no one even acknowledged that i was there! I was the only customer in the store at the time. Finally when i told the guy at the counter who i was and where i was from he grunted a mean "yup" and didnt even make eye contact with me. No one ever offered to help me and the place was full of negative energy. I wish i would have read all the other reviews before going here. Since i am a local jeweler, i choose to support my local economy (when they treat you well) vs ordering from large companies online. Pretty much everything. Twice I have needed a supply order filled for two different jewelry courses. Last year I contacted C R Hill (Renee) via e-mail to inquire about the items I would need before making the trip. I remembered going to C R Hill in my teens for a high school jewelry class and decided to give them a shot (over another supplier that was recommended). I was not disappointed. Renee was very friendly, helpful and informative in assisting me in filling my supply requirements. The other staff were also helpful when we went in to pick up the items and make payment. I have always had a good experience whenever I need supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They can fix just about any tools or machinery, and if they don't know the answer to a question they can usually figure it out for you.
