I found Matthew on Google, read all the wonderful reviews left for him, and decided to take chance to have him design a new pendant for me. Matthew was welcoming, professional, creative, and innovative. He removed stones from 2 old pendants, along with another stone I wanted added, and set them in the newly designed pendant. He made a few tweaks to the design to make it more functional, and visually appealing. The finished product was beyond beautiful, and better than I could’ve imagined. I ended up returning to ask him to alter the bail, so the pendant appeared to float on a different necklace I purchased. Matthew not only altered the bail, but came up with a creative way to ensure it stayed securely in place on the chain by placing 2 screws on the back of the pendant. He’s now my go to jeweler for all things. I look forward to him creating more pieces for me in the future. I recently moved to Berkley and needed to get my 20 year old watch fixed and some links removed from another new watch. I have had my watch repaired multiple times and have paid a lot of money to keep it running. Matthew was very competent and had my watch fixed in a few days as promised and the cost was a fraction of what I have spent in the past. I had this one intricate necklace figure thing that broke and I already assumed it a net loss but figured I might as well give it to a Jeweler to see what happens.
