COACH Outlet — Attraction in Bethlehem

The staff are most definitely not slow...I have been buying here for years, and always get Amazing service!!! Recently (Jan./2016) went in looking for a Business Tote, found the one I wanted, but, was only offered in Blue Denim? So I asked the salesperson on duty her name is (Jane)...she was very energetic and an absolute gem of an employee!!! She told me the Tote I wanted was not available in store in the color I wanted, Black w/Chrome accents...I was bummed to hear that. She had mentioned they were getting a shipment in a few weeks or so and to leave my Name & #, she would call me if they had recv'd one in the shipment. I agreed to leave my #...literally within days, she called and said the leather Tote I wanted was in her shipment and she'd hold it for me. I was more than excited and shocked she remembered me!!! I told her I would be in for in a few days, she said no problem. I went in a few days later as the doors opened at 10am (I couldn't wait) lol I was again greeted by a very helpful and energetic salesperson on duty her name is (Vanessa)...I mentioned (Jane) was holding a Tote for me, she found it right away, as I explained my story...saw my excitement and was more than happy to help me, as I did this all on my way into work by 11am. All I can say is thank you all for the awesome service that I always receive at this location, I have purchased many bags, wallets, shoes & Totes from this location over the years!!!! You are all the best!!! Keep up the good work and ignore the haters who just can't be pleased no what u do!!!

Would also love to mention another amazing sales associate with whom I've purchased the bulk of my items from, her name is (Jackie)...a longtime employee of this location. She has on several occasions gone beyond the scope of her duties, to help me obtain items no longer carried at this location. A Rucksack @ (Jersey Gardens, Elizabeth, NJ) & a Leather Motorcycle Jacket @ (Tanger Outlet, L.I.) All I can say is this staff is the best of the best!!! Go ask for any of these great ladies...you will leave with a smile, and, what you came for!!!

Oh my god, I used to visit here and bought bags from here for years. Yesterday, I was taking some pictures of the bag for my family and friends who live out of the states. A white blonde manager came to me and yelled at me, “Ma’am, this is enough! No more pictures! This is the last one you can take a picture of it, after this, NO MORE PICTURES!” Her voice was so loud! Other customers and employees nearby us were looking at us. Is this the way that Coach trains a manager to treat their customers?? It was terrible! Not sure if it is because I am Asian, so I got the poor service. I asked other employees for her name, they were like, “oh.. not sure..” Really?? Every employee was trying to cover for her. 2025 Update Everything was significantly higher in price. Went to the private sale for Christmas prices were good and they offered coupons. Went to the Mother's Day private sale average bags were $100 overpriced. No coupon. First time we left without buying anything. They can't blame tariffs, they weren't in place. Sad. We'll have to look for the next it bags.
