The outlets in general are okay. Not a whole lot of selection but a decent place to shop and spend some time. My reason for the two stars is not so much because of the outlet itself but something that I observed that really annoyed and disappointed me. My husband and I and our toddler son decided to kill some time and go to the outlets. We decided to stop at their cafeteria to grab a quick bite to eat. As we ate our food, all we noticed the whole time we were there was a gentleman walking around kicking out people who were sitting around. I assumed that man was a manager of some sorts. Everyone he kicked out was Asian and elderly. He kept knocking at every one of their tables and motioning them to leave. I was confused and disturbed. We felt compelled to ask the other employees why this was happening. The response was that he was kicking people out who were not eating or who did not buy food from the cafeteria. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand that it’s not good to have people sitting taking away seats from paying customers. However, these people were elderly and had no where to sit and at the time this was happening there were open seats so all the paying customers had somewhere to sit. These individuals most likely came as part of a group tour and could not just simply leave the outlets if they had no where to go. I walked the whole outlet with my husband and toddler and there were no benches anywhere. Nowhere for the elderly to sit or even for myself to sit with my toddler. I was very disgusted by what I saw. If you don’t want people sitting down in a food court who are not buying or eating food then the least that the owners of the outlets should do is provide seating throughout so people can sit and rest. I will not be returning to the outlets and definitely wouldn’t be able to bring my parents either because they would have no where to sit. Watching every person who was kicked out like animals made me very sad. White man walking around kicking out older Asian men and women is not right. I don’t condone that behavior and will not be returning to...
Read moreSmall and not much variety. We go there frequently because of the Dress Barn store. However, today will be my last day ever stepping foot into that Dress Barn. I returned 2 shirts, I had purchased with other items last week. I generally do not try clothes on at store because I like to view them on. With what I'm going to wear them with. The one item was a black sweater. The employee asked if I had a cat bebecaue there were a couple hairs on the one shoulder. I replied, no I have a dog. I wish I would have taken a picture of the sweater because there were about 4 hairs in the shoulder. As the sweater layed on the counter, I picked two of the hairs off. The employee began searching for tape and was making comments about the using tape. Another employee approached and reprimanded me and told me I was rude to bring items back not in pristine condition. She then proceeded to tell me I could kill people bringing something back with animal hair on it. She told me to take the swwaswe outside and clean it off before she would return it. I told her I understand allergies but a couple hairs were not life threatening. Plus this women has animals and we have discussed them at other times I was in store. I picked up the sweater and gave it a little shake. The employee yelled at me and told me I just contaminated then whole store and she would have to write up item as being damaged. I get the allergies, but there were a couple of hairs, nothing that warrented being treated like that. I said there were many times, I have picked up items in that store that wreaked of perfume, had make-up or deorderant on them and when brought to clerk's attention nothing was ever done about it. Treated rudely and clerk's should be trained in...

I called ahead and spoke to the staff and made reservations for two adults and one 18 year old. I confirmed that there was a secondary entrance to Emeril's Chop house, and that my 18 year old would be able to enter. So it was all confirmed - I was willing to wait the three hours to eat. Park 1/2 mile away, spent some time looking for this "second entrance" - finally went to security and explained the situation. I understand security was doing their job by telling me he's not allowed on the casino floor, and that they were not escorting anyone due to the virus. I didn't let it escalate, I simply called the number I spoke to earlier and spoke with the management. THE MANAGEMENT could not have cared less about the conversation I had earlier when I made the reservation. They were unwilling to do anything. Not so much as a sorry for the miscommunication. I was willing to spend a couple hundred on dinner easily because it was Emeril's and I've never been to one. So the casino loses money, and the chop house loses customers. What a shame. I'll...
