This food dishonors my famiree. ~__~ I got a chicken fried rice. This meal cost $17 and there were many things worse than its price. Somehow they managed to make chicken fried rice have less flavor than soy sauce. It's as if they boiled a frozen vegetable mix in a wok with no seasonings and then cooked the chicken with its water. It was so bland I felt offended that their name was "Far East" because it had nothing in common with an Asian restaurant besides its name. How is it possible to reverse the flavor of soy sauce or any oil they stir fried? There was no salt or MSG. The only saving grace to this dish was the serving size to at least satiate my stomach but my mouth remained depressed. You can literally drive 2 blocks to the nearest Chinese place and get way better value and flavor. I could get more seasoning from an Amish family dinner. The existence of this establishment and its current quality is nothing less of a scam. I have not tried anything else on the menu yet because every "Asian" branded place should be able to do fried rice at the minimum. This dish would give Uncle Roger emotional damage. I hope the owner learns how to cook and learns how to train their employees on recipes to retain customers. I bet any drunk or high customer would rather have anything else in the food court. How do you take 20 minutes to make this dish with over 10 employees? 1 man 1 wok in a real takeout place would carry all the orders.

Far east is Chinese cuisine that has variety of fresh food. Coconut chicken was very good just think they cut portion down but very tasty and my favorite. Pork lomein is so fresh & prob best Chinese food for fast food. Seafood noodle soup w/thin noodles was excellent that they using containers that can take the heat of the best broth you will ever have. I have to say reflects on mgmt of a great job the staff and cleanliness of all restaurants in food court. Everyone works hard to make sure our food is packed to perfection. Thank you to mgmt and staff who always welcomes me , my wife and family from ny when they visit . Always friendly and makes us want to go back.

The food isn't bad. However the digital signage is a pain. I ordered the Generals and initially wanted a Spicy Tuna roll but they were out. They offered me a spicy shrimp roll instead. Ok cool. The Generals was hot and fresh and tasty, if the portion was a tad small and only came with white rice. But the spicy shrimp roll was charged as a tempura shrimp roll that cost an extra $4 while having no tempura on it. The employees all had massive attitude when I brought it up so I just ate my food and walked away. Most likely won't be coming back.

So listen I’m very patient when it comes to waiting for food when there is certain circumstances going on. First and foremost, I typically wouldn’t be at a casino during a pandemic but my mom wanted to go. My husband and I and my mom are both vaccinated so I figured why not. On arrival my husband and I were both very hungry and since it was the first time being there we figured we would make a reservation for food later and eat at the food court. Not many options but I decide on this place called Far East because it’s very busy and it seems like they are able to give people food relatively quickly. That wasn’t the case. I don’t understand the system they have in which people are given their food. I ordered a vegetable stir fry with white rice and a Diet Coke. To make things faster I even said the number, for example, “number 22 with white rice...oh and a Diet Coke”. I got the Diet Coke then snd there and I proceeded to wait. At this point is was about 3:23 and I was like ok I waited and all I have to do it wait. The guy in front of me will get his food and I have to be next right? Nope. I’m number 72, so naturally as the number goes I figure I’m gonna be called but I also keep in mind it also depends on what people ordered. I ordered two things, I see people picking up food filled with two bags filled and they got their food. I hear 71, I’m next? Nope. Somehow there’s a problem and someone is waiting for this particular order from a previous customer and another woman is complaining that she is waiting for her food and they are telling her that food is for someone who ordered before her. I ask did you call 72? (Twice I ask two different people, I know excessive but the workers changed shifts and you know the way things were going who knew). She said no. I’m like “I just got vegetables”. Finally about an hour later waiting I got the food for two things. I got my order and I’m excited I finally can eat...if you’re wondering if things went well. I mean are you surprised to find that not only did I not get the white rice but their so called vegetable stir fry consisted of celery and onions and perhaps maybe a small piece of mushroom and carrot and a full container of noodles. I got a side of mini egg rolls. Either this was the wrong order or this is what it was. At this point I didn’t care and I was just hungry. It wasn’t even good. So not only did I wait a ridiculous time, I didn’t get the food I thought or I’m thinking they gave me the wrong order, the food was terrible. So disappointed, so I’m sorry if this was a long review but this is a horrible place to go to eat. Never again. The only reason they are getting one star is being I got the...

I wish I could get 0 stars. Absolutely terrible service with overpriced food. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food after travelling 5 hours. When I asked the woman who was working on my food a couple of times because it seemed like my order had been skipped, she got impatient with me. Later, she messed up one of her orders and said that "spazzed customers like you are the reason why I mess up my orders." I, of course, was upset that she was blaming me for her own mistakes and told her that her mistakes are not my fault. She acted very passive aggressive and kept talking to her coworker about having to deal with "crazy customers." This upset my mother and she ended up cursing at both of us and kept yelling and arguing at us. When I asked to see her manager, she was incredibly snarky and said that the managers weren't here, so we couldn't report her. They later came though and we we got a full refund. I don't particularly care about getting a refund because I can't get back all the grief I had to go through, and the food was probably worth $20 max, not $45. The other employees were no help either. When we asked them for help, they completely ignored us. After I talked to the managers, I went back to get a takeout box. All of the workers immediately turned around once they saw me and eventually one of them reluctantly gave me a take out box. The worst experience I've ever had with an employee my...
