Horrible Service!! My son played baseball all day for showcase. It was 8:15, we ordered a chicken wing pizza to have it delivered to our hotel. The delivery guy showed up with a small bag of chicken wings. I tried to refuse the bag. He said that's what the restaurant gave him. I showed him what I ordered. Henry from Doordash was awesome!! He tried to help me. He actually went back to the restaurant to try to get my correct order. I contacted Doordash and we had a 3 way conversation about the issue. VILLA told me I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER!! I told them I wanted my pizza, I didn't want to cancel my order!! To have another delivery, I had to cancel. So, I did what I was told and reordered another pizza. My ETA was 9:55 for my pizza. The driver called me around 9:55 and said their was no pizza. I called the delivery company, they called VILLA. VILLA told them that the driver just took my pizza, I should be getting it. They lied and NEVER made my 2nd order!! The pizza NEVER showed up, we went without supper. It was too late to have another delivery. They supposedly gave me a $12 credit. Which I'm not from around here and will never use it. They obviously don't care about...

The food is actually good that’s why the second star is there. The service is absolutely atrocious. Rude beyond rude. If you want to feel like a burden to someone whose job consists of scooping noodles into a cardboard bowl and putting a lid on it then have at it. I’ve learned to expect this treatment and don’t let it bother me because if I did I’d be through the roof. Just this evening 3 people walked out of line hearing how the woman spoke to people. One gentleman left after waiting the whole line because of the way this woman barked at him that it was his turn. The gentleman was looking up at the menu as she said “NEXT person!!” “NEXT” “I’ll take who’s next!!!” As she’s said all the without even breathing in between the man was trying to speak but she was pushing so hard he just walked off. It was wild it felt like one of those satire places where they’re rude as an act. This was no act as she physically pushed her coworkers out of her way as they were taking and order “too slow” assuring he had the order correct. The name on my receipt says Nathaly terrible terrible hospitality. But good food. So I suffer through it just...

The Pizza Was Good. I Came Out Getting A Stuffed Slice With Broccoli, But I Was Completely Amazed With Their Wings. I Have Gone To Many Places For Wings, But I Can Say I Really Liked Their Plain Wings. They Might Not Be Anything Special For Others, But I Am A Fan Of Burnt Or Closely Burnt Food/Wings, Because It Gives You A Well-Done, Crisp Taste. The Color, Texture And Taste Was Great. I Really Did Enjoy Them If You Did Not Notice. The Girl At The Ordering Station Has To Go. The Way She Expressed Herself With A Flat, Bland, Resting Face And The Way She Was Speaking To The Customers In A Unenthusiastic, Lack Of Motivation, And Slow Moving Is No Good In Any Business. The Place Was Busy, And Seating Tends To Be Occupied By People That Are Not Eating. Is It Hard To Hear A Close Conversation. Expect To Pay About $10-$12 Per Person. Overall It Was An...
