Last Wednesday I ordered a Chicken Cheese steak. I took it home to eat later and never checked my food when I purchased it. I get home and it a regular cheese steak, NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I was very upset so I go back with my receipt a few days later and they refused to make good on there mistake. They told me to call the manager who only works 1 day a week that I had to call the number on the receipt on Friday the day he works. I must have called 100 times never. they never picked up the phone once. The people who work there don't even speak English. I though OK I'll give them one more chance. Again I ordered the chicken cheese steak. They gave me some chicken slop with hot sauce all over it. If I wanted hot sauce I would have ordered hot chicken sauce, and again they refused to give me what I paid for. If you want to work is food service I suggest you learn English so you can take a simple food order. The food is terrible and the service is even worse two thumbs down, don't waste your time and money. I complained to the casino and they told me I had to take it up with the food vender.    Read moreMy wife and I visited this location in August this year, we stopped by this location because we herd the food was suppose to be pretty good. Our counter host was cordial and curtious but made an error on our orderd after a minimal wait our food was ready. We orderd 2 chicken cheese steak and fries but was given cheese steak instead. We quickly returned the food to the counter and was met with total attuide by a young Hispanic worker. The host said she made a mistake and resubmitted our order. After a 15 minute wait that turned into 25 minutes and as we observed new customers getting food my wife went to the counter to inquire about why was it taking so long,she was met by the same male Hispanic worker that was rude,smart mouthed and disrespectful to my wife,I was watching the entire situation from my seat and quickly intervened stopping his actions which drew his supervisors attention. After waiting 35 minutes and cold French fries we had to discard the sandwiches because they were over salted obviously on purpose.. Every time I come here on a Friday/Saturday night, this ill-mannered cashier named Dominick takes my order and rudely asks if that's all I want to order. He really makes it seem as if his job is a real chore... I ordered just buffalo wings from here twice, and during both times, my wings were ready and sitting on the counter right behind him. He even saw that the wings were there and the receipt was on the tray, meaning the order is done. I wonder why he hasn't given it to me yet, because he was not taking orders and was just standing there talking nonsense with his colleague, while flinging his arms back and forth like he's got nothing to do. I stand there and wait, giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking that the order is not mine and is incomplete. When he finally takes a break from his talk, he then packs the wings and hand them to me after letting it sit there for at least 10 minutes.
