Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in Bethlehem

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I'm hoping this helps someone else. I purchased a large bag, wristlet, and wallet from here in September (8 months ago). The handles on my bag started to fray about 2 months ago, and I finally had time to go into the store to ask about it. I walked in and politely asked the first salesperson if I could talk to him about the bag I bought (I had it with me). I showed him the handles and asked him if this was normal for a Michael Kors bag that is under a year old. He said no and asked if I was a member. I didn't know, so he walked me back to the register to see if I had an account. He told me that if I had an account, he could give me the number for customer service, and they would help me do a warranty exchange or repair. If I am not a member, then there is nothing that can be done. After we determined that I did not have a member account with them, he told me that they won't even talk to me any further about the bag. In disbelief and anger, I walked out of the store to digest what this employee had just said to me. I walked back in a few minutes later and asked for customer service phone number anyway. He barely looked at me as he wrote it down and handed it to me. Needless to say, I will never shop there again. And for anyone who does shop there, please make sure, if the membership is free, to give them your information so that if you have any problems with your bag within a year of purchase, they won't treat you like...

Kinda bummed out and I really don’t like to leave a negative review, but totally left not satisfied by store and management. Completely 100% intended and have the means to make a purchase at this location today and was in the store for a half hour to 40 mins and wasn’t even noticed by staff. Normally yes a defense could be it was busy, yet there were 4 staff members and a manager chilling talking as I purposely walked around the watch display over and over again to get some help.

If I wasn’t wearing sweats and a hoodie maybe I’d get a lil assistance but I know it was my fault for not looking the part today.

I may try again in the future but wish staff would take the time to attend to EVERYONE no matter who walks in...

I was visiting the casino a few weeks ago and decided to look around the mall area and I am happy I did! I had a great experience at this location! I was just window shopping and wound up purchasing a purse and other accessories to go with it and was very pleased with the products AND service! Everyone is so friendly and attentive and it's not something you see every day in other retail stores which is why I felt like I needed to write this review.
