Food Giant — Attraction in Biloxi

FoodGiant is MY FAVORITE Grocery Store in BILOXI MS.. and The Employees and Manager are All Just Wonderful!! Jon has ALWAYS been so Nice , Very Polite, And ALWAYS So Heloful!! I am disabled. And Jon always Bags my things light so I can. Lift them from the buggy to the car. He is the best!! He always greets us with a Big smile, Jon Always asks if i found everything I needed, I live in a retirement Community. Mainly retired and disabled Veterans. And. We usually , at least 3 of us ride together. FoodGiant Has the Freshest Meats And Best Cuts, also Fresh Produce..and best Prices In Biloxi!! The Manager is also so nice. And He too has always been very helpful. One day I had to wait a few minutes to get my M.O. and I understood his situation. And because I had to wait a few mins. He paid for my Drink because I waited... I get my money orders there. They also make copies of paperwork. They will fax things too. FoodGiant. Has Everything Any Neighborhood Food Market has. And More.. They treat their customers like we matter.. And I can't say enough Wonderful things about FoodGiant. 171 Porter St. Biloxi,MS. Across the Street from The Police Station. I Actually look forward to going Grocery Shopping. Its a Joy to be greeted with a big smile. Its not just a paycheck to the employees. They really care about their customers. I will ALWAYS Shop with Them! I am moving to a different part of Biloxi. But I WILL SHOP ONLY AT FOODGIANT. Its worth it. I am a firm believer. When You find a Store With Everything You need. Plus Get Treated with the upmost respect and caring employees. You just stay with them. I want to thank Jon, Our Favorite Cashier, The manager. And the others.. You all Are So Awesome!! I SO MUCH APPRECIATE ALL YOU GUYS AND LADIES!!!! (THEIR MANAGER SPECIALS IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN BILOXI)...

They don't even deserve one star. They are the only store in our area. The store manager is the only person who can change things in the computer system. He doesn't like having the WIC program in his store I know because he has said it to me in person. I tried to get things the WIC program has tagged in the store and what happens when you get to the register the WIC items will not register as WIC products and I have to keep paying cash for the products. Have to find a ride to get to a Walmart store today or the six month old baby in my house will have nothing to eat today. Even though the product is marked as a WIC product when you get to the register the register says it is not a WIC product. The WIC people come once a month and put the products in the system and as soon as they leave the products are taken out of the computer system as a WIC product and you have to pay for them. Something needs to be done about this issue. I'm going to get in touch with the WIC people today to see what can be done about this problem. Didn't have any money last night so I had to put all the baby food that was marked WIC back on the shelves and go home empty handed. No baby should have to be without food because of a...

When you can walk into the (meat department) and pick out 5 items for $24.99... I tell you this, I am in 100% anything that will help my family fill a freezer up and not completely break the bank.. boom it's on.. Now it might not be in the best part of town.... But who cares!?!?
