1/17/23 My wife and I visited this beautiful building and were amazed at how wonderful it was. The free museum is very nice. Free coffee. The map showing the businesses is excellent. And of course there is the literature common to most visitor centers. Amanda Williams was friendly, patient, and was a encyclopedia on Biloxi!! Not only did she talk about the history of Biloxi but told us about the exciting things happening now! She directed us to the Public Library (where Jane Shambra) located tons of 1964 history for my husband, He was truly excited to reminisce. Amanda also directed us to a variety of great cafes and restaurants!!! Thank you for a memorable week in Biloxi!!!! Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, Don and...

The visitor center, Biloxi lighthouse and lighthouse pier are all next to each other, which depending on your time spent in the visitor center can turn into a 1 hour (or longer) visit. The first floor contains free coffee, the gift shop, local shopping/dining/attraction info along with a well thought out museum. There’s a great video presentation in the 2nd story theater. As we visited so close to Mardi Gras, there were multiple Mardi Gras costumes and decorations throughout the building. I highly recommend anyone consider visiting when...
