Service has definitely declined in the past few years. We’ve bought multiple suits for our son and me, but the last visit will be just that. I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience to the salesperson, even after I bought the suit. One of the guys was outside on his cellphone as we walked up and when he saw us getting close to the store, he turned and walked in before we could interact. Then, inside, he approached us to see if he could help and then immediately turned and walked away to get on his phone. After a while, another guy stepped in, and the feeling ensued.
If you check their pricing online - because it’s 2023 and why wouldn’t you? - you’ll find significantly lower prices and better deals. What’s the problem? Oh, just that those prices aren’t available to you in the store. There isn’t enough markup, I guess. Store signage says Mens Wearhouse, website says Mens Wearhouse, but alas, it’s not available.
When things at the register don’t add up, they have full discretion to adjust the prices and have on multiple occasions. Especially when one of the new guys is trying to make a sale. All in all, the service has gone downhill in the past several years, as we’ve seen the staff go from helpful to unhelpful and outright rude. A customer is made to feel like they’re unimportant and clothing is pushed in a high pressure sales environment. Basically, “buy this now so I can ignore the next customer” attitude.

I asked him for the regional manager number. He advised me that he was the regional manager. He was the top of the top. I had to call two other Men’s Wearhouse. That’s not down here in Biloxi And got in touch with the regional manager he was very sweet and put me with Talonyae! when I tell you, she is awesome. She was very apologetic. She was there every step of the way kept me informed I called her all times of the day no matter what it was she was there. She made sure all my boys was there on time. she was very patient very, very kind no matter what age group it was that was in my wedding party and was there every step of the way to answer all silly questions I had if I had to do this again it will only be with her if you have to go to Men’s Wearhouse, I will recommend Talonyae to handle your needs she is really awesome she turned my whole experience with the Biloxi man warehouse around and I cannot thank her enough. Read moreHad my sons fitted for a wedding. Wasn't told that my youngest son was too small for a rental when he was fitted. Wedding comes, they sent both my kids, ages 2 and 5, the same sizes. My youngest was unable to be in the wedding and some parts of my older sons outfit were wrong. (I didn't test try on when I pIcked up the rentals because they were out of town) Called the store right then and asked for a manger, was told he was busy and would call me back and he never did. Returned the rentals the day after the event, spoke with the manager. Showed him receipts where the girl who measured just rang them up as the same size and he was like well we don't fit that small and she probably didn't know. I'm sorry, what?! I asked for a refund and he told me he couldn't do it because it was after the event and it was a big, complicated process. He told me I could just call the help number and didn't even offer to give it to me. I basically felt like he didn't want to be bothered with doing it.
