An honest review (read it all).
With my experience, prepare to have your entire afternoon dedicated to this place not because it's good but because of the amount of time that you have to spend waiting on anything.
1.5+ hours at least, guaranteed. We thought the place was going to close before we can even get our food, which was about 30 minutes until they did.
I wanted to write a good review on this place but I'm hard pressed.
The place looks nice, and the staff is nice. But due to whatever the reason may be, it took 51 minutes after being sat down and we still do not have food. 12:33p is when we were sat.
The wait to get seated was about 40-42 minutes.
Got our food at 1:29p and it's lukewarm, couldn't eat it, I mean I could've but who wants a cold plate that is supposed to be warm? The chef manager or overseeing the kitchen, while the manager was up front, should've known better than to let the food go out the door like that, that's your work being put on display for others to consume and that's a reflection of what you're satisfied with letting go out the door. Food that's supposed to go out hot should not go out cold and at that point, after a couple that was enough for me to finally break down and ask for a manager.
So the manager took the time to come over which I'm very appreciative for, we talked very cordially about the experience, the manager promptly apologized, and we paid for one of the plates as we were just going to take it home and warm it up for what it was worth. So the manager took care of the disappointment that was my 'Thick Chick' meal. Even though they wanted to make it right and fix something for me I had already wasted 2 hours at the establishment with a still empty stomach, I was just not in the mood to give you all another chance after making the worst first impression I've had at a restaurant in quite some time.
Regardless of what transpired in that kitchen it's up to senior employees and management to take the reigns and ensure food quality is coming out right and today there was quite a slack on that department and it caused me to have a negative experience and still a pitted empty stomach.
It might not be your experience but this was unfortunately mine, I don't really know why I'm giving it a 3 star over a 1 star, I think it might be in the favor of the manager being nice, it was just unfortunate that our food and time had to be the expense of unfortunate problem at...

The food is good. I had spinach and bacon omlet and it was delicious. My side of hash browns were also good. The hash browns did not have much in terms of seasoning, but were cooked to a delicious crispness so I did not feel the need to add much but a small amount of ketchup.
I ordered an Irish coffee and cannot say I was impressed. A hard coffee had been the main reason I wanted to visit so this was a bit disappointing. The alcohol to coffee ratio I believe was just fine, but the coffee used did not have any impressive taste leaving the flavor of the drink as a whole a bit wanting.
The atmosphere is great. I feel like they nailed the decor, and their location between both the beach and the mall make it convenient for after meal activities. Their use of greenery inside the restaurant gives it a bright welcoming vibe that they absolutely got right.
The service was the only thing I found a bit awkward. My waitress was nice, but there are some business practices that can make some people feel a bit awkward as they are uncommon in the area. Mainly the fact that when you pay, you have to do so on the same device that the server is using to take orders. This means they have to awkwardly stand over the table while you complete the process. The machine does auto calculate tips starting at 20%, which considering the server has to wait on you before moving to another table is almost necessary and leaves you feeling rushed. In fact, my server even attempted to collect my drinks before I had finished them.
In summary, good food but maybe not always the best place to relax ( now I will admit it was quite busy when I arrived, but many people go out to eat when they want to relax, so feeling rushed is not an ideal...
Read morePlease stay far away from Brick and Spoon on Biloxi Beach. I don’t like to complain however I have to share my experience. When I arrived I was told to go to the bar to place a to go order. I was not attended to for 10 min. Multiple people walked by and ignored me. After 10 min I was able to place my order. There was a gentleman sitting down whom ordered right before me keep in mind. I was told 15 min to come back. I went back into my vehicle and waited 20 min before going back in. When I walked back in again I was ignored for over 10 min. Finally the women whom took my order indicated it was coming right out. About 5 min after the man whom I mentioned received his food. I waited and waited over 20 more min and was told multiple times it was coming right out. Finally this man came out with an order and said here is your to go order. When he mentioned what was in the order it was definitely not mine. I waited another 10 min and the women that took my order said that they gave the guy before me my order and that they had to make another one . And again 2 min I was told to wait. Another 8 minutes went by and no food. Finally out comes my food . The women proceeds to open up the boxes and check the order . She indicated that she forgot the bacon. She went in the back and came out and said they forgot the bacon. I proceeded to check the boxes and again no cheese on my grits that I paid for. I told her I needed to go that it has been over an hour. She said okay and I left. The food in the bag was all turnt over and spilled . Do not waste your money here it is expensive and you will have to wait a long time . Very disappointed due to the disfunction and customer service. I wasted my money and I...
