I hate to do it but had to delete my 5 star review and make a new one. This used to be my favorite spot to get pizza! It was out of this world amazing. Chicken parm sandwich, wings, everything was great. That is when the owner was there everyday. In the past 3-4 months I haven't seen the owner there and he has an entire new crew. The place has gone down so bad. The employees beg for tips and when tipped they will complain that that isn't enough. That's the rudest thing in the world and I've completely stopped tipping because of it. The past 4 times my food has been God awful. Over cooked wings to the point of leather cardboard, raw pizza, lousy service. I was offered a free pizza because I brought 20 wings back because they just couldn't be eaten. It was the 2nd bring back of the wings. So I got a pizza well done and I even told the girl to leave it in the oven cause cheese wasn't even melted yet and she didn't listen. Dough was raw, cheese not melted, barely cut. I miss Antonio being there because he made it with love. Everything he put out he put effort and love into the food and it was so good. Sadly I won't be visiting this location again because of the tipping situation and the fact that the food has gone down faster than America. Antonio if you read this I'm truly sorry but I wish you would come back and get this place in line. The tipping situation happened 3 times from a short, heavyweight girl with glasses. I bragged on this spot so much and...
Read moreI don't put a lot of reviews out there but this place deserves a bit of my time to write one.
The pizza is good and closest to New York style that I have found so far on the coast. I just moved here so the quest is fierce to find decent pizza and this place may just be it, and there are not many other choices besides the chains and a few others. I was not disappointed when I went for lunch today for the first time. The staff is amazing, friendly and they know what great customer service really is. Speaking with whom I believe is the owner or one of them made the experience even better because he knew what he was talking about. I used to run a pizza joint so we were able to talk shop and understand each other. I asked him some of the brands of ingredients that he uses and can confirm them to be very high quality and I know first hand how expensive they are. So the prices may seem a bit higher than the chain's, but I know the chains do not use the ingredients that they do. I will definitely be returning to try other items because the bread he uses for the sandwiches, I know about and it is good and I can't wait to try one of his cheesesteaks. I look forward to the next stop. You guys keep up the good work and I will keep spreading the good...
Read moreFor anyone with soy, msg, or dairy allergies! My wife is allergic to soy and msg and we can NEVER find a pizza place to go to. Whole Foods is the only place we can ever get pizza from and with it being an hour+ away we hardly ever get pizza. So I figured I’d check with these guys it was a long shot but turns out they make the dough in house from fresh ingredients AND the tomato sauce they make fresh in house as well no soy no msg MY MIND WAS BLOWN this Is the only other pizza place e can eat at and they’re super friendly and so willing to adapt to requests. And it even tastes better than Whole Foods pizza! Also my daughter had a dairy allergy and they made her fresh garlic knots without butter she LOVED them! Needless to say we’ve gotten 9 boxes of pizza in the...
