Pei Wei Asian Express — Restaurant in Biloxi

Let me start by saying that; you get what you paid for, and if it's not obvious for some people out there, this isn't Michellin star dining. It's a lovely food court in a nice mall in the hospitable city of Biloxi, MS. I'm a loyal customer to the restaurant and my most recent visit is absolutely amazing.

First off, I was warmly and kindly greeted (as always) by the kind and courteous cashier (Her name is Anna) and she always remembers me and my favorite items: the Mongolian and the Honey chicken with noodles. Food is always hot and delicious every time I visit and Anna never fails to deliver great customer service. She is always on point when it comes to delivering a great experience for the customer and offering her best courtesy if there's ever a situation. As well as the hardworking store manager, her name is Isabel, and Kennia the other cashier as well as the remaining of the staffs, are all very hardworking people. They all are very neighborly and always make sure to greet you. Biloxi is a small town but the food court isn't empty by any means. I visit here time to time and 9 out of 10 I see the kind of line they have; it's on par with Chick-Fil-A. That and online delivery and YET they're always on point with their service. I once witness each of them, Anna, Kennia and Isabel, all handle the rush while they are so often by themselves and they do not break under pressure. Remember people, it's easier to demand than deliver !!!

I don't know what these people are paid, but they are way due for a raise! 👏👏👏 Food workers work so so hard just to deliver the same quality of food everytime and of course just like a spinning cog wheel there's going to be hiccups but their courtesy always make up for it! I truly love this restaurant and its staff and my family all know about...

the food was TERRIBLE!!! I have been eating there since I was in middleschool and I graduated back in 2013 so it's been awhile. but here recently it has been pretty bad. but this time was the worse ever. 85% of all the food I got wasnt cooked all the way. well warmed up all the way because for sure most if not all the food was atleast a day to 2 days old. the food also tasted terrible. and I ordered 2: 3 item plates and 1:2 item plate and and ended up with wrong food on every plate. I don't know what going on with this place but I'm done with them after all these years. i know me stopping my money from going there isn't going to do anything but from most of the comments I see about them recently there not too good. there not gonna be in business much longer with food like that. If I could give zero stars I would! So disappointed in a place I kinda grew up with going to the mall use to be the bomb but is...

Sorry, but I don't think much effort went into food preparation. First Chinese restaurant that really sucked. The wrapped brownies were good. The egg rolls...no taste, salty. Spring rolls...we can't figure that taste out! Rangoon...hard as a rock...no cream cheese. Beef was fairly edible. Orange chicken...? Rice was balls of mush. Straight into the trash, and lost out on 40 something dollars. My fortune cookie said 'sucker'! Actually it said...your personality is fueled by the fascination you feel for life. TASTE YOUR FOOD...YOU JUST LOST...
