This ice cream shake store used to be my absolute favorite until an incident occurred involving the owner's nephew accusing me of stalking him, despite the fact that I had only seen him once in the store and I didn’t even talk to him. I had been a loyal customer for years, and even the owner acknowledged my frequent visits and encouraged me to keep coming back. However, I had never encountered this nephew until that one day. Not to sound mean but the prices are outrageous, the customer service is terrible and how is an I cream shop going to have their soft serve mechine down? I work in the mall and get no discount and if you want a $5 cone of ice cream it's an extra .75 for jimmies and they don't even do hard shell or dips. I'd go to yogurt mountain in books a million, save yourself some money and get better service.
