Went here to look for a living room set and I found what I like so it took a minute for someone to great or day anything 🥴 so I ask about prices and it was something different wen it came to making a purchase which was false advertisement as for as credit check not needed I told him I didn't want it ran for personal reasons so I ask about the down payment option and it was like he didn't want me to do that moving forward I look around the city and didn't the find what I want cause they had what I like so ended up going back paying for what I wanted but must I say Alex he amazing baby he broke down all so I asked about again advertisement wen you make a purchase you get a free TV or area rug well that was a 🤥 so Mr Alex told me it was after you spent so much which was 3000 that I could do I say that's not what you advertised again we the people come in here looking for the deals 🤝 make your word your bond 👌🏿 but again Me Alex mad sure to let me know I would be getting a area rug with my purchase and he drown down a lot of things very helpful had a great attitude wasn't in a rush to punch me more so want to make sure I was a happy customer and he did just that and again thank you Alex best sell...

I just stopped in the store today (I knew better than to do that, nobody’s fault but my own 🫣) and let me tell you Alex and the sweet young lady that greeted us at the door were spectacular. We were going to just peek at the bedroom furniture and Alex gave us such a great deal that I couldn’t refuse. I just wanted to say this too, my credit isn’t the best. Matter of fact I didn’t think I would be approved but it was a nice surprise that not only did I get approved but it didn’t run my credit, it actually was decided based on my banking. I just am so pleased with the whole transaction. I get our furniture delivered next week, free delivery, free set up and they said they would even tear down the older bedroom furniture. Not happy with the service. I went to the store on 17 January. Sat on many recliners: explicitly told my salesperson I wanted a dark colored chair. Paid in full including a 20% tip & delivery to order a dark gray chair because they did not have it on hand. I finally had to call them this week just to verify my order. The person who answered reassured me it was dark gray. The chair that was delivered was white. We kept it because we did not trust them to fix it or have to wait over a month for a product. I do not think I will shop with them again no matter how low their prices are. If you shop with them and you are okay with what is presently on their floor or warehouse, then you will be okay I guess. They are nice just not...
