Zorells Jewelry — Attraction in Bismarck

I’m giving a two star for the original “attempt” to fix my wife’s wedding ring.

EDIT- I should add they refunded us $129 from the last fix which is a fraction of what it’s going to cost us to fix the crooked diamond and the lopsided prong.

Everything was well until one of her prongs was coming loose. We brought it in and they fixed it. When they fixed it one of the prongs was then crooked and not what she liked. We took it in again for them to fix it and the jeweler had stated if we mess with it too much that the prongs would become weak which we understood but wanted the prongs atleast straight and the jeweler had stated he could do that. After we received the ring back my wife noticed that her prongs were still “possibly” unstable and didn’t want to loose the diamond. The prongs actually looked worse than the first time. We took it to 2 different jewelers to get there thoughts. The other jewelers were fantastic! Sent us pictures on what they seen. Even one noticed a chip in the diamond and gave us options on how to stabilize the diamond more and fixing the prongs. Both of the other jewelers stated they could fix it along with the diamond being crooked when Zorells tried to fix it the last time. We took it back to zorells and they were EXTREMELY rude about it and flat out said no we will not be doing anymore work with this ring even when we didn’t care about the cost it would be to fix it. I really liked zorells and spoke highly of them. When I went in to pick up the ring they didn’t want to explain why they didn’t want to work on it or anything? We were very polite and respectful with them so I don’t understand where the rudeness came from? We will be going elsewhere and unfortunately never coming back. Well all I have to say about Zorells is WOW! The entire experience was beyond beautiful/amazing! Miss Pam was absolutely amazing, not with helping me find the right ring, but the information she provided me with every ring we looked at and why the rings are made the way we are, and by the way we didn't look at a bunch of rings either! (Shocking coming from me as I am very picky and have been looking for the perfect ring for years, I think we looked at 7 or 8 rings I kept going back to the Ajaffe ring that I now have my finger ♥) This process with Pam was so easy and quick, not that she rushed me through the process, but we found the perfect ring in one shot along with my HUGE timeless Diamond! The thing that I really loved about Pam is that she listened to me and also educated me, which seems to be hard to find these days! Zorells has been nothing but amazing from the first time I walked in, when my husband told me to go meet with Pam, to picking up my ring (which Tim got my diamond placed so quickly so I could come get my ring when it arrived) and cleaning it whenever i want it cleaned! Or maybe it is just the Mimosa's I can have with Pam & the Crew! Also lets talk about there STUNNING remodel.... absolutely Breath Taking! I just sold some gold yesterday and was very pleased with the whole process. I didn’t know what a few pieces were and they were able to explain everything to me. I even had a necklace that was almost identical to the one I wear 24/7 and they were able to explain which one was better and let me make the decision on which one to keep with the information that was given to me. This is also not my first experience with them. My first one was with Colton- great gentleman helped me design my engagement ring (which I hope to receive shortly from my soon to be fiancé). He was able to show me numerous rings to come up with my own design and also showed me different diamonds as well. I haven’t seen the ring yet but with the things provided to me I know it’s the perfect one in the price range I wanted too.
