Dollar General — Attraction in Bloom Township

On yesterday, I purchased some puppy supplies for a pup I'd rescued and the assistant store manager Chris neglected to give me a receipt. On today I returned those items because the pup went home and asked for a refund to my card. Chris was rude and did not take time to explain in detail the refund policy. He instead was belligerent and insisted on giving me a dg gift card. I asked to speak to his manager and he was reluctant to do so. Thankfully, a new associate came to the rescue and contacted the store manager, who took the time on her off day to fully explain the refund policy. I suggested that she require the associates to put the receipt in each bag to insure this doesn't happen in the future. Also, the new associate was kind enough to purchase the gift card from me. I've been coming here for years. I went to the store on 9/9/2024. I am a 51 yr old man. Non violent. Present well. Not a drug addict. Broke, working family guy. I don't play "The race card" as so many of you call it. All that said, THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BE FOLLOWED AROUND THE STORE. Then, the Anglo Saxon gentleman threatened me and told me to leave. Now, this was after I got upset for being followed. 2 workers in the store, I'm in the store less then 10 mins, and I see them both, in every aisle I go in, more than twice.

Didn't have what I wanted. The girl was VERY Helpful!!! She suggested a product that she uses, and said it works for her,and that she was satisfied with it. So the girl made a sale. I almost walked out cause the item I wanted wasn't there. And you don't carry it anymore. She was very helpful, and it turns out I use to work with her at her old job.
