Jenny's Nails — Attraction in Bloomfield

I been going to Jenny’s for the past 7-8 years. I recently stopped because enough is enough. Jenny( the owner) is very rude and don’t know how to speak to people. I have always just ignore her and don’t take it serious and still continue to go. My last experience I said to myself that is it. That day they were closing at 6pm instead of 7pm. I walked in at 4:50pm asking for a fill in and pedi. She told me I couldn’t do both, I asked why because I felt it was enough time. She’s always in a rush and doesn’t wanna service you if you get there a hour and half before closing. Anyways, I was so furious because her delivery was horrible. I choose the pedi. 20 mins later someone requested a full set and pedi she proceeded to service them. That was the last straw for me. I will take my money else where. I’ve walked into nail salons 45 mins before closing and get serviced. I know nails has gotten very expensive but she over charges as well. DO NOT GO HERE. take your money else where. Ladies please don’t waste your time or money. I got my nails done on my birthday and they look horrible. Worst nails I’ve ever had. The lady named Jenny was rude af she rushed me into the seat to charge me $40 for a horrible job. My nails are uneven and different sizes. She even burned me with the file and my finger was bleeding.. worst service I’ve ever had... not to mention my mom had her nails done also and the same lady was yelling at the girl to hurry up and do her nails. Another customer had come in complained her nail broke and she had just gotten them done earlier and the same lady refused to fix the nail even though she called before coming and they agreed to fix it. I also saw on Facebook that they refused to do a young girls nails because she was disabled... please just don’t go...

Worst customer service I’ve been a customer there for over five years. I drove 35 minutes from where I live to get my nails done and jenny the owner told me no that she’s closed. I got to the shop at 6:15 PM and the store closes at 7 PM. She told me that the last customer is at 6 o’clock. I asked her where is that in the policy she stated it’s not, but she cannot take me. I would not recommend her attitude sucks and because I live so far away, I found another nail shop close to my house that I sometimes go to, but I try to support her and then she gets upset when I don’t come.. I drove 35 minutes just for her to turn me away, will not recommend!!!!! Bad...
