VIBES = IMMACULATE! I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I started coming to Iris Yoga. Thereās no judgment hereāonly encouragement and celebration for showing up. The community is beyond warm and inviting.
The studio itself is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Parking is easy--with coffee shops, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby. With both early morning and late evening classes, it works with my shifting schedule.
I first joined Iris while training for a race, and their Sweat | Strength | Stretch class became an essential part of my training. It helped me build muscle and flexibility. Many of their flow classes strengthened my ankles, improved my balance, and helped me find my center during busy weeks. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCovid 19 unfortunately closed the physical doors of iris which saddened me because the hard work and energy taryn and Kristin have put into their business was paying off. Just because their doors have closed doesnāt mean they are not offering classes daily. Business owners around the world scrambled to learn how to virtually come into everyoneās homes. Just because their doors are closed doesnāt mean you are not getting good solid yoga classes. They also offer occasional free classes and meditations. Kudos to them for the hard work that they have put into a business they love. I challenge you to take a class in the comforts of your home so that they can continue to offer classes when they return to their studios. Small businesses still have bills to pay so donāt give up on them - they certainly havenāt given up on their...
