Suite 115 Salon + Blow Dry Bar + Salon Suites — Attraction in Bloomingdale

Went to Kera to get my lashes done and asked for full volume lashes. She claimed my appointment was booked incorrectly and that she didn’t have enough volume lashes to do a full set. She said she would mix volume and classic and it would look the same as the picture I showed her. INSTEAD, it looks like I just put on $5 mascara. The lashes are frail and breaking off. I can’t even brush through them with a spooly or they break off or get stuck in the lashes. It took her 2.5 hours for this trash. AND my eyes are bloodshot red from her unsanitary products. When I explained the situation and asked for a refund, I was told that they “don’t give refunds” and that “she can add more lashes on for me”. I explained that i DONT want her to do my lashes and I’d rather get my money back and go somewhere else. They refuse to give me a refund. So I wasted 2.5 hours of my time and $100 on complete trash. Do NOT recommend. Waste of time. Rude staff....

Getting married always involes so many different things. Having your hair done just the right way is one of the key details. Suite 115 Salnon and Spa knew just what to do. Jen made me feel like I was the most important person that day. I had an image in my mind (the hairstyle of Taylor Swift in Love Story) and Jen did it exactly like that...even better if that is possible. My bridesmaids all loved their hair and makeup too and now are loyal customers to her salon. Jen also went the extra distance to give us all emergency bags consisting of bandaids, bobby pins, and safety pins. I also will never forget the hospitality...she had the cutest three tier desert tray set up which had bagels, fruit, cookies, and mimosas (to calm our, espically mine, nerves). Suite 115 went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for to make my day more than just special...they made it amazing and...
