I’ve always respected Apple for its innovation, but my recent experience at the Apple Store completely shattered my perception of the company. The level of negligence and indifference from the staff was beyond frustrating. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The employees were unfriendly, dismissive, and acted as if answering basic questions was a burden. Instead of providing helpful guidance, they seemed more interested in rushing me out the door. There was no effort to actually solve my issue—just a robotic script and an attitude that made it clear they didn’t care. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. Apple prides itself on being a premium brand, yet its customer service is anything but. A company of this scale should invest in properly training employees to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Instead, they seem to bank on their reputation alone while completely disregarding the customer experience. After this visit, I’m seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Apple. When a company loses sight of the people who keep them in business, it’s only a matter of time before their reputation catches up with them. Apple needs to do better—because right now, they are failing their customers.

I had a terrible experience at this Apple Store. First, I arrived and had to wait two hours just to be called for check-in. They told me I would receive a message when it was my turn, but I never got one. After that, I went to the front and was finally checked in about 15 minutes later. Then I had to wait another hour and a half to be seen. In the end, I came in with an issue with my AirPods — the right earbud wasn’t charging properly. The person who helped me ran a scan on the AirPods and told me the issue was resolved. He said the right earbud was replaced. But as the store was closing, I was basically rushed out, and he just told me it was working and would be fine. However, it wasn’t fixed. The right earbud still doesn’t charge. I believe that when you press it into the case, it sometimes charges, but this has been an ongoing issue because almost every time I pick up the AirPods, the right side isn’t charged. Now, the right side doesn’t work at all. I waited three hours at the store, and nothing was resolved. I’m still left with a broken AirPod. I guess that will need to go again but in another store. Terrible service

They absolutely do not care about their customers, I bought a phone for 40 minutes, all because my seller was busy with his own business, brought the wrong phone that I asked for, did everything slowly and was not interested in the customer being happy. Even after the purchase, he did not say a word, did not thank, he just left. Dear marketers and chief salespeople, you need to conduct courses, trainings and explain that the most valuable thing is your customers!!! What I felt today, I do not want anyone to feel. UPD 6/02/25 Apple needs more specialists like Chris — he’s the kind of team member others should look up to. He has the rare ability to turn an ordinary day into something magical. Dear Apple leadership, please take note of Chris — he has a bright future ahead of him, and absolutely deserves recognition!

Three members of the “genius bar“ couldn’t log onto their own Wi-Fi on my laptop. They said they had to have it apple laptop to get Wi-Fi and everybody knows that’s not true. I asked for an Apple Store reconditioned iPhone 13 which they advertised and how much it was etc. and they had none available and could not direct me to any location in Palm Beach County that had one available , leaving the store not even purchasing a phone because they were closing & didn’t take extra time to have me purchase & then transfer everything to the new phone. Make sure that everything that I was using was transferred properly. They didn’t do that. They said that if I bought a phone that I would have to go to my phone service provider when I didn’t need to do that at all. They said that was because I didn’t have AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile otherwise they would be able to do it for me at no charge. Because I had Xfinity they didn’t want to do the transfer, but then they talked me into buying the biggest and most expensive iCloud coverage so I could transfer my information onto the new iPhone. I ended up buying my iPhone somewhere else. And I transferred all the stuff myself that they could’ve done there but said they couldn’t. I just googled how to do it. And did it at home & I had no idea what I was doing . I’m in my 60s with no education on how to do this transfer. Because they didn’t take the time to finish with me or look at other locations for me to see if there was a refurbished phone in the county. I ended up going there and leaving with no phone. I called a few locations and they didn’t have them either. I don’t know why they told me the details of the refurbished phone when none are available . So I put one new iPhone on hold over the phone with them for me to show up to pick up the next day. One location told me that the Town Center, Mall location failed to tell me that I would get charged an extra $35 to get new phone & get my data transferred Because I don’t have Verizon T-Mobile or AT&T. They failed to tell me that. I thought that was special. Plus they didn’t even try to call me back to find out why I didn’t show up to get the phone. I didn’t show up because I was in the hospital. Weeks later, they still haven’t called me to find out why I didn’t pick up the phone that I told him I was picking up the next day. Besides the genius bar three of them not being able to hook up their Wi-Fi to a non-Apple laptop and me leaving without the information I needed to get phone plus telling me I had to run all over the place and go to Xfinity and have Xfinity help me once I bought a phone from them. I would have to bring it to Xfinity when they could do it right there . Not searching where I can get a refurbished iPhone 13 or even bother searching locations in the county for me , they didn’t help me in a very seemingly...

Originally came to the store with an appointment on May 3rd at 12:15 when I walked in I asked a sales associate where I would be able to check in for my appointment she told me walk to the back and someone would help I get to the back and was completely ignored for a good 15 mins before I stopped one of the guys walking past who was so polite (I wish I got his name) and checked me in he told me they were behind on appointments and that they’d be with me as soon as they could which I appreciated his honesty.. around 1pm I was still waiting for an employee to come talk to me about my phone and the issues it was having. Same sales guy saw me sitting there and checked my name and told me 20 more mins… which was fine because at least he was making sure I was taken care of..

I ended up with Edwin and he was very nice and I told him my issues with the phone. It was freezing glitching and my battery will not hold charge at all. He did a reset which he assured me would take care of my issues. It did not. an hour later my phone was freezing worse then before I came in and dying even faster. Also didn’t leave until after 3:30… I was locked out of my account after I was told to type in the passwords I think my apple ID was which set me back an hour to reset my password which aggravated me. fast forward to today the 10th had to go back same issues they replaced the entire mother board of the phone was stuck there for 3 hours… and the phone is still having issues… at this point i’ll keep my broken phone that isn’t even 6 months old because even after they “fixed” my issues that are still happening they also made me go to t-mobile to reactivate my phone which now REFUSES to connect back to my watch… i’ve tried everything to get my watch paired back and it keeps failing. never again. i’m so frustrated and angry for wasting my time 2 weekends in a row. the only reason i’m giving 2 stars is because the 2 men who did the drawing for kids were extremely nice to my daughter and were funny and had a great demeanor… also giving 2 stars because the kid who helped me today was extremely patient and did the best he could which also didn’t remember his name. but I def will not come back...

UNBELIEVABLE! My iphone decided it had enough this morning and would not turn on. After going to my carrier to see if they could help me, they directed me to the Apple store, since they are the manufacturer. Ok, no problem. I went to this apple store in Boca, signed in with one of the attendants who noted my reason for being there was because my phone could not turn on, the wait was an hour, so I went home and came back with my husband's phone so I can receive their text that they are ready for me. I checked in, was told to sit at a table, there were 5 other individuals ahead of me. Fine, that's ok. A burly gentlemen approached our table, "accidently" opened my ticket thus began working with me immediately. Fortunately that happened, because what happened next was shocking. I was told within a minute, that if my phone can't turn on, then there is nothing that can be done, but I can buy a replacement for $299, or join the Apple Care Program. I explained to the tech, I did not intend on buying anything, I just wanted her to please try to turn on my phone. I was quickly given a sales pitch, after asking again to please just TRY to turn it on. Minimal effort was done and I was redirected to another individual who guided me directly to the new iphone 8 and 10 phones. I do not appreciate that I come into your store asking for help, and within a minute, without even trying to start my phone, you're throwing your sales pitch, not addressing the issue and most importantly, WHY was I not told this BEFORE making the appointment and wasting an hour of my time, going back and forth? He noted the reason for my appointment before I made it, he should have told me that if it can't be turned on, there is nothing they can do. Thank you for wasting my time and showing me that sales is more important that customer's interest and satisfaction. Had the gentleman NOT accidently opened my ticket first, and had I waited to be seen AFTER those 5 individuals to be told there was nothing they can do, I would have been even more furious...
