Bolingbrook Commons — Attraction in Bolingbrook

Bad service, I purchased my room on expedia, they just shoved it in a folder and didn't put it in the system that I had a room. They had well over 100 room reservations in this folder and none of them were reserved. They didn't contact the people who reserved them. They waited until you showed up and then were like tough luck bro. I ended up with a room, after they called some person and said they don't have a reservation because they didn't have a card on file. The staff barely did anything. I needed an extra pillow... sold out, roll away bed ...sold out, blankets... sold out. The place was a disaster, clothes in the stair wells for days, the elevator took long than the stairs. Great place to get groceries at Tony's Finer Foods. There is also a Little Ceasars, Popeyes & across the street is Cheddar's. That place has great food, affordable prices, great drink selection as well. There also is a Walgreens, Golden Bowl, & Golden Corral. You have a great selection of places to eat in this area. I lOvEe this Starbucks location HATE their drive thru logistics people are just driving into the drive thru line from all directions its crazy. The staff is wonderful and maybe 2 days ago the car ahead of us paid for our order and it was a BIGGGG order so we paid for the two cars behind us. 💗💖 They've never gotten my order wrong and sometimes I want some really complicated stuff 🙃😅...
