One of the highlights of this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. Starting my day with a variety of options, including hot and cold items, was a great way to fuel up before heading out. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient for guests traveling with their own vehicles. Although the hotel did not have an on-site restaurant, there were plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. From casual eateries to fine dining establishments, I had no trouble finding a satisfying meal nearby.
In terms of amenities, the Quality Inn Bolingbrook I-55 offered a fitness center, allowing guests to stay active during their stay. There was also a business center, which came in handy for any work-related needs. Overall, my experience at the Quality Inn Bolingbrook I-55 was positive. The comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, and convenient location made it a great choice for my stay. If you're in the area and looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel, I would recommend considering the Quality Inn...
Read moreThey do not have a continental breakfast. As one other person said while we were looking over the couple of items they serve...he said this sucks ...they have waffles and pancakes, (sorry no pancakes was wrong)yogurt, the coffee is horrible, the orange juice tastes weird, you have to make your own oatmeal, there is no fruit, no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no variety and what they did have was not very good. For a person with a gluten allergy I was able to eat 1 item. One towel per person for the pool. You have to obtain your towels at the front desk and return them there. You are not allowed to watch the large t.v. 15 feet away from where you eat your not continental breakfast, just the tiny t.v. in the corner, mounted near the ceiling. I didn't pay for an abundance of worthless rules. All I can say positive is the room was clean. Even check in was difficult. No wonder this was the only hotels left to choose from in the area for us to choose from.
I was just informed they at we will have no clean towels for our room today, family of 4....um ok.
I have stayed at roach motels that had a better breakfast, better coffee and a better experience.
No biscuits and gravy either.
NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!
Edit #3- microwave wasn't plugged in... unfortunately had to move the microwave to plug it in. There were no proper plugs near the microwave. After plugging it in,hmmm didn't work finally figured out that the door wasn't shutting properly, after I shut the door all the way...it would run on its own turn table running and not shutting off. Fortunately they changed it out but just one thing after another.
Edit #4. Just so everyone knows some third party web sites like hotel.com states need to be 16 or older to go to the pool without supervision, but the hand made sign almost blocking the entrance to the pool saying you must be 18 or older to enter. My suggestion to anyone staying in this area is spend an extra $20 a night somewhere else if you can, because you will still spend that on breakfast somewhere else. And if like me there were 4 of us so $40 a night extra would have been...
Read moreI purchased a 2 night stay over the weekend and I was not happy. From the moment I walked in my relaxing weekend became very stressful. I rented a conjoining room so that my son and his friends could enjoy his 15th bday and myself and my small children could have a good time. From the Friday night clerk and his total disregard for customer service and his mean attitude towards when I was asking him to explain the fees and why it was costing me so much money to pay for 2 rooms and one of the rooms being discounted. Then waking up to finding old blood in the covers and sheets of my bed where my 5 year old child and I slept. Blood that had been old where the beds had not been changed only remade. To the dingy pool water, where there was no air and the chlorine was not noticeable at all. My 15 has been sick the last 2 days returning. And then the fact that there was a pedophile in the room across from us that had been there the entire night my son and his friends where there from Friday to Saturday. Where the man left his room open for the boys to hear him and see him bullying the young man preversly. I spoke with the manager who did nothing to help me or to try and reimburse for my pain suffering or even for the fact that there was pedo action going on right across from my boys room. Even for my 5 year old to have to had laid in the bed with blood that was not his or mine. I’m putting that manager and her poorly run hotel on blast until I’m compensated fully for the rooms I purchased. Why should my sons 15th bday be ruined because of the carelessness of the hotel manager and her crew. And to tell me because we stayed y should she reimburse me, because u took my money out.. I’ll be reporting this to the better...
