It was a great place to visit, not only for the historical value but also for an educational opportunity to see how people lived back in the late 1800's, early 1900's. It will also give you a great opportunity to get some exercise exploring the area as well and is good for young children...

Nice views for photos, unfortunately for long ride bikers you would have to leave your bike here if you want to go into Harpers Ferry, as there is only a winding staircase up the train bridge to cross the river.
