Charles River Plaza — Attraction in Boston

Worst sandwiches in Boston in prep foods department. Awhile ago I bought sandwiches for our meeting at work. The Chicken salad definitely was not right, it was just mayonnaise and chicken, causing people to gag. You could at least include some grapes and celery, cutting costs much? Other chicken pestos the chicken was so dry it was inedible. Went to customer service for q refund, but not going to trust this location ever again. Worker at customer service was gracious and kind, but when I originally tried to address the issue with the actual sandwich maker and ask for the actual ingredients for chicken salad, but he said "one moment" and never came back. There actually is no plaza, but there is a parking lot, and it's convenient. I take the T. Whole Foods is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, or grocery shopping. You really could spend your whole paycheck there, but if you're careful and take advantage of their sales and 365 brand, you don't have to. There are a lot of useful businesses and doctors offices in this plaza, but the parking lot is hit or miss. Sometimes you can't find spaces, sometimes it's empty, and sometimes people exiting are stuck at the payment machine and The parking lot attendants don't seem to come out of the office to deal with the situation unless someone goes and gets them.
