I used my priority pass membership to access the lounge. I found out I am allowed one visit per year with the pass. The lounge was quite the ways from terminal B security to Terminal C (the lounge is in the connection of the two terminals. They are pretty strict with the lounge access requirements. Namely, passengers may only access the lounge 3 hours before their flight unless connecting and so on. I arrived 30 minutes before their requirement but they happily allowed entry with the reminder of their time requirement. The lounge is spacious and modern, highlighting, namely, the colors of navy blue gold, and rose gold. They provided seating to meet the needs of many. For myself, I needed to lounge out (pun intended) and do work but wanted to enjoy doing so. There was a group of couches right at the entrance behind the check in that I ended up settling into. The lounge was popping at the time, but it was not congested by any means. In fact, the amenities of the lounge, which I will get into, allow for the provided perks to come to you.

Each area and seating spot is assigned a number. Each place has a QR code which is jnique to that place and you are able to order food, drinks, and reserve special amenities such as a shower (30 minute limit), and a relaxation chair (also a 30 minute limit). There is of course, a bar which bartenders craft drinks for you or could be delivered to you if you order. additionally, a buffet containing some of the most decadent lounge food I’ve had in my life. At the time I visited they had Beef Bourguignon ready and hot in single serving dishes. Vegan and vegetarian options were also provided, sadly I don’t remember what they were. When ordering a drink through the QR code, it took only 5 to 10 minutes and it was a delicious martini. The shower was outfitted with amenities. Anyone would need shavers floss, toothbrushes towels. It had a light hum of relaxing music as well. I wasn’t too fond of the relaxation pod because it isn’t necessarily private. You are separated by a suede fabric but have quite a bit of rooms to stretch, do yoga if you’d like, or veg out for half an hour. Given one must reserve a timeslot to the relaxation pod. It’s not as busy as the main lounge however, there is some foot traffic that you will hear of people coming in and out to their assigned pod.

This lounge was spectacular with their amenities, and I can’t wait to find an excuse to go to Boston to...

My group of two adults and four kids (ages 3, 5, 9, 10) spent about 2.5h here before a Friday afternoon flight. One had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor and the check in. It was a bit confusing because one checks in with Priority Pass card, even if a Chase Sapphire Reserve card holder (everything is linked electronically). I was beyond impressed with this space.

PROS: While quite busy, there was ample seating and the huge space allowed for minimal crowding. The decor was impressive and thoughtful. The views of the apron were spectacular and allowed for viewing of take-offs and landings from two different runways. The food options were plentiful and high-quality. The coffee was premium with cold and hot options. While I didn’t consume alcohol, the bar was full service. The bathrooms were spotless and consistently cleaned. They also had thoughtful features (such as tampons for ladies). Perhaps the best feature was the incredible staff. Everybody, whether hosts, wait staff or cleaning staff, were friendly, courteous and welcoming.

CONS: very few downsides, but, from a parent traveling with kids perspective, some improvements could be made. The family room was very small, allowing only for several small kids to play at a time. There was minimal climbing space and almost no toys. The play space was directly adjacent to an adult seating area, so the poor customers sitting there had to deal listening to cranky toddlers being cranky toddlers. From a menu standpoint, there were very few small-child friendly food options to choose. The grilled cheese was “fancy” and large, making it less visually appealing to small children. A few small tweaks to the menu to be more kid friendly and improved dedicated children’s space would go a long way.

Separately, the “wellness room” seemed like perhaps not the most luxurious amenity. It was a bit weird (Shredder ninja laser facial?) and not utilized despite how busy it was.

Overall, the Chase Sapphire Lounge in Boston was incredibly impressive. It is a luxurious, relaxing space that far exceeded expectations. Congrats to the Chase team for a job...

Unfortunately not a good experience for my first time at this lounge and I ended up leaving due to the person who checked me in once you reach the 4th floor as she ruined the whole experience with her bad attitude. I was not rude to her at all, and she was talking to me with me a chip on her shoulder. I was going to walk away but decided to turn back and tell her “you are being a bit rude and speaking to me a bit rude and it’s just not necessary”. Instead of acting like a mature adult and just apologizing and owning up to it, she decided to tell me “I’m sorry that you think other people’s tone of voice is rude” I told her your still being rude with how your responding and it’s uncalled for. Then she proceeded to say “I’m sorry, I’m soooo sorry” over and over again in a very immature childish mockery way so I just asked for her manager at that point. She then called for him across the desk instead of acting like a professional adult and walking over to him to grab him. The way she did it was so arrogant like “go ahead and tell him I won’t get in trouble anyways”. He then came over to me his name was Devon and it’s unfortunate I didn’t catch her name so I could put her on blast here but he will know who she is. I told him the situation he apologized he was very professional. The thing is, it could have just been as simple apology from the start, her taking her attitude out on customers who are being polite to you because your having a shitty day is just unacceptable. Even when I told her she was being rude I was polite in the way I said it to her and still she acted like that. Devon, if you read this from a manager to a manager. You work in a sapphire lounge. There are a lot of high profile professionals that come into these types of lounges that can and will do something about her when she crosses the line with one of them and she will eventually, I am sure that is not the first time she has acted like that. You seem like a really nice person, very professional. Don’t let one bad employee take you down with her because you didn’t do...

The Chase Sapphire Lounge in Boston sets a new standard for airport lounges, offering a luxurious escape that far surpasses any typical pre-flight experience. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped by an exquisite aesthetic that seamlessly blends modern elegance with comfortable sophistication. The spacious layout ensures that, despite its popularity, it never feels crowded. The amenities here are second to none. The bar is a standout feature, serving a wide array of wonderful drinks crafted to perfection by skilled bartenders. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more innovative, the drink selection will not disappoint. One of the most impressive aspects of the Chase Sapphire Lounge is the food offering. Unlike many lounges that offer just snacks and small plates, this one goes above and beyond with full-on plates of gourmet food in addition to convenient grab-and-go options. The culinary quality rivals that of top-tier restaurants, making it hard to believe you’re dining in an airport. The lounge's multiple rooms cater to every type of traveler. Families will appreciate the dedicated family room, which provides a space where kids can play and parents can relax. For those needing to catch up on work, the work room and private offices are perfect—offering a quiet, well-equipped environment with everything you need to stay productive. In conclusion, the Chase Sapphire Lounge in Boston is the nicest airport lounge I have ever experienced. Its remarkable design, extensive amenities, and exceptional food and drink options create an unparalleled haven for travelers. Whether you're looking to relax, dine, work, or entertain the family, this lounge offers a superior experience that elevates the entire travel process.
