My experience so far has been everything I hoped it would be and more. I signed up for a year membership after finishing my trial week because it's exactly the place I want to be on my fitness journey. The coaches and members are super friendly, helpful, welcoming, and fun! The workouts are varied, challenging, and also fun! They play great music and although it's hard work, they make it an enjoyable experience. It is face paced, but the coaches offer help and modifications for the exercises if you need them. F45 has been life changing for me, especially the Bothell studio! The trainers are all amazing finding that special balance of guiding and helping us reach our goals with the right mix of challenge and encouragement. All the trainers extremely helpful and ready to jump in to assist with workouts, recovery tips and overall well being. The Bothell gym is a family and the relationships built transcend beyond the time we spend in the gym, I have found lifelong friendships and a home away from home. The group trainings are very thought and are intense for beginners. Overall has a great combination of sessions. It is a bit difficult to find spot for the morning 5 and 6 am sessions but the later sessions are usually available. I liked the group training set up they have. The compositions of circuit training is very well sequenced. The equipment's are up to date. Ample parking. Coaches are great at encouraging and explaining the workouts.
