Tonight, I stopped by to pick up my usual items and noticed two police officers sitting in the parking lot. When I went to enter the store, I found the door locked. This was surprising, considering this is supposed to be a 24-hour store. I knocked since the music inside was blasting, making it impossible for the employee to hear anything. Despite the store’s security cameras, which clearly allow employees to see customers outside, the door remained locked.

When I was finally let in, I asked, “Why is the door locked if this is a 24-hour store?” The employee replied, “I have the right to lock the door.” While that may be true, it completely defeats the purpose of a 24-hour establishment.

Then came the real issue—Officer Hutchinson (badge #65). Instead of ensuring a safe and fair environment, she attempted to escalate the situation for no reason. Her partner remained silent, likely because even they recognized that no crime had been committed and that there was no real issue. Yet, Officer Hutchinson not only continued to press the matter but even went as far as instructing the employee not to serve me, despite me doing absolutely nothing wrong.

This was blatant profiling, and I won’t be supporting this business anymore. A formal complaint has already been filed. If this is how certain customers are treated, I suggest others think twice before spending their money here.

Beyond their incredible selection, the store itself is clean, well-organized, and brightly lit, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, which made my visit even better.
