Spent $35 on a device they swore worked with vape carts — it didn’t. When I called, they argued with me, kept saying “no, it does work” until finally admitting they were wrong. On top of that, they never gave me a receipt, then told me I’d have to come back tomorrow or on a day that same employee was working just to fix it. I explained I was just down the road like 10 minutes away as I just left (but alternatively live 35 minutes out of town), they still refused to wait any amount of time after their 10PM closing time to resolve this — even though they were clearly still there after closing as I came back to see and they (the employees) where chatting tell well past 10:20PM. This entire issue was their lack of product knowledge and poor customer service , and now to fix this they expect me to waste gas and time to remedy their mistake at my cost. Snobbish, rude, disenfranchising and overpriced and not the way any decent business should treat customers. ( I was just down the road as I had just left all you had to do was make things right but now to do that I have to go out of my way and I have to put all the effort into this to make it right. I bought a SMOK RPM 5 like literally 4 or 5 weeks ago, no one in Utah carries coils (okay whatever) I went in to buy a new vape and explained, had to buy a whole new vape (okay fine) but did not get any discount whatsoever even after asking for a discount. Just a small 5 dollar one to cover take for another 65 dollar vape I had to buy just because the vendors who sold it to me couldn't keep it stock. All that is fine besides charging me so much, these guys obviously do not care about making things right whatsoever. A man named Britten talked me through nearly every mod they had and could tell me everything I needed to know about each and every one of them. He was very honest, wanted to help me find the perfect mod for me personally, not just trying to make a sale. He stayed with me and helped me for over an hour. Then a man named Bryce helped me put my setup together and explained all the ins and outs of it and then when I went to buy juice he offered to let me sample any of the house flavors for just a nickel a piece.
